Difficultys with AT&T NaturalVoices
« on: December 09, 2008, 06:28:37 pm »
I just recieved cd with AT&T Anjali voice. Directions say to instal speech engine first. It won't install. I get this error code. Unable to create a temporary file. Setup aborted. Eror 23: (cyclic redundancy check) Running Vista 64 bit home premium. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ted,

I have the combo AT&T voices and it installed correctly, I also have the same Vista/64 OS that you have.  Note cyclic redundancy check normally means bad data, in other words a bad disk.

Thanks Darcy. I wrote Robert and he said the same thing. He is sending me a new disk tomorow! Now that's quick response time.[:)][:)][:)]

Has anyone had problems with AT&T's Crystal's voice?  I've noticed you can't send it too much to say at once.  The same amount of words by other voices speak ok, but for some reason this voice will drop whole sentences.
