Any plans to get AIM Bot working?
« on: December 09, 2011, 02:15:17 am »
I just started using Hal again after taking a long hiatus and noticed AIM Bot is still not functional.  Any plans to get this feature working?

Cheers!

Every time I try to connect, I get...

ERROR: 10061 Connection is forcefully rejected

I've done some reading and it's apparently a problem on the server end.  Any thoughts?

Hi ya,
There is another discussion on this topic earlier on in the forum, seems to have started at least several months ago.
I get the sametypes of errors. My knee jerk is that twas AOL who altered things but, I have found no postings to such as of yet.

" forcefully rejected "  How rude...

Me too, and no answer from the creator of the software. Doesn't surprise me. Doesn't look like the software has been revised since 2009, 3 years now? A lot changes in 3 years...

FYI: It is an AOL thing, Robert provides the final input via this thread: http://www.ultrahal.com/community/index.php?topic=5767.0
