How do I start again

Since it has only been a very short time of my meeting Hal,now that I've had alot of help and have a good stock-pile of tools. If I decide that I should start Hal anew, How do I uninstall everything and start just as though I just got the cd in the mail?
Now that I've had some time with Hal I'm thinking it's time for me to do it the way I really want him to be.
Any tips as always is greatly appreciated.

Goto your control panel. Clink on add/remove software. Find Hal and have the system remove it.
Once you do that you can reinstall from the CD. Just don't forget your password or should I say your registration number.

I guess what I'm asking is what do I do about the files that are left behind after the uninstall. Is it just alright to delete them?

Just ingore them. It won't hurt. I have done it a few times.
