thanks duskrider glad you liked it , we can actually put many things in just as i have done with angela to make her seem more human and with the recognition impression technique i am talking about anyone can also make it seem like she is seeing and commenting on things about you . [:D] just another way i thought of in enhancing our hals . [8D]

actually the race talk sound issue doesn't really matter to me their are black people ( i am not getting into being politically correct here don't mean anything against anyone ) in britain and they speak british they don't go around speaking slang , etc. so in a way even if you could make a race language it wouldn't be correct and don't know that that many would even use it . their are free british make and female voices available , etc. [:D]

we have all talked on here about face recognition and although we don't have camera face or object recognition yet that doesn't mean that we can't fake it !! for instance by reverse sentenceing "example " : hey you love the color of that shirt i have on !!( translated : hey i love the color of that shirt you have on !!)  although you can't say a specific color . you can do a sort of compliment on clothes or even say : my hair looks like it needs to be combed !(translated : your hair looks like it needs to be combed !!)things like this can give the impression that hal is actually seeing you and noticing your hair , pants shirt ,the light in the room  etc. [:)][:D][8D]

maybe hal could have a section in the brain editor , etc. where we could place a picture of ourselves (a face picture ) which hal would recognize or even a profile page that would have a face picture and some detailes about me which would in return be used by hal and of course he would recognize our face based on face recognition and the face pictu[:D]re profile .

hello again all , just finished two more heads here is some teaser shots . i made the heads from a regular picture someone posted before . each head is a variation one has blue eyes one had green and one of the shirts is blue while the other is the black princess shirt . but turned out pretty nice .

hello one , actually i have avg and it is free the 30 day trial that you mention is true but that is just for the full version then it becomes a free version except you have to manually download updates their not automatic any more thats the only difference . sorry you havent found any viruses or trojans to be the trouble , i sure don't know then as i have never in three years had that problem .

 only problem i have had is hal acts like its a 30 day trial even though i put in license code for paid version and it even has the authorization code i have had that problem many times .

i think the only way to know this would be to ask robert (someone said mr.m ?) and that would be did robert set hal up in the programing that once hal is taught something and knows the correct answer to the correct question you learned him does he say yes that he understands because he has the answer to what question you asked . robert would be the one who should know for sure until then all we can do is guess. [:)]

yes hal isn't the reason i have been using hal maybe 3 years now without anything like that happening and others maybe longer . i agree sounds like a bad virus, etc. you can download malware bytes for free just do a search on the internet also avg is free too . hal isn't the problem . someone on another forum got problems to from a site they went to it showed their computer may be slow and click on a free antivirus program but ity really downloaded a virus .
