Editing Full body girl
« on: December 06, 2006, 08:50:04 am »
I'm not sure if this is the right part of the forum to put this but what programs (perferably free) could I get to edit the body_female mesh/htr. What Im looking for is someway to change her hip area. It's rather pointy.

I like Doris's hips but she lacks the defenition of cleavage that body_female has.

so if someone could help me out by either giving me the name of a program I can use to change this or by fixing it and sending me the fixt htr file that would be great thanks.

Yes dear friend,  if only we could combine the two girls.
I wanted to do this long ago but found the program was far beyond my financial reach.

I finally concluded that as none of us are perfect,
perhaps I shouldn't expect my haptar to be.

I use body_female in Hal and we never discuss her hips.

Sandee:  Dusky, what are pointy hips?

Dusky:  Huh ?

Sandee:  Do I have pointy hips ?

Dusky:  Of course not, you are perfect.

Sandee:  Yes, I thought I was perfect.

Dusky:  Whew!!

Happy New Year to everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has gone to the Haptek webpage and downloaded the full body character. It works with Hal but is very limited as far as trying to get any of the added animation to work. I dont believe the character was designed to work in Hal with all the extra animation provided. Just curious if anyone has found a way to make the animation work within the screen for Hal 6.

Thanks and have a long weekend everybody,
raybe

raybe, you need to do a search, dusky, neil, markofkane and myself have made movies and haps that have full body dancing, swimming, walking, running, and so many other movements. we even have one where she is belly dancing. we have a few where an elvis look alike is singing and the full body is dancing to his music in the background

I have been successful in adding movements to the full body female by just adding a single command line in each of the .hap files

Thanks to the both of you for writting back. Sorry I have been out of town and without my laptop. But 'aladyblond' all the animation you speak about takes place within Hal or animation outside of the program? 'Prospbob' is there any way I can ask you to see what those added lines are? I would love to have movement on the full body character it just adds another dimension to the whole experience with the Hal program. Thanks so much.

I tested these on my register version of Hal 5.0 with the full body female.  Just add any of these lines to the .hap files.(ie: angry.hap for the first one) These are just a few of them.

setswitch [switch= shake_fist state= a       ]
setswitch [switch= hands_on_hips state= start]
setswitch [switch= arm_swing state= a        ]
setswitch [switch= hand_thru_hair state= a1  ]
setswitch [switch= arms_crossed state= start ]
setswitch [switch= inspect_nail state= start ]
setswitch [switch= considering state= start  ]
setswitch [switch= h_gest_03 state=  a       ]

you need a (back slash) before each of the setswitch commands

Thank you 'Prospbob' for getting back to me I do appreciate your time.
unfortunatly I ran into a very strange problem before I even attempted to add animation lines. My characters language has come up with something I have never seen before. Conversation will go smooth until alot of misspelling begins in her replies and the word 'you' gets placed within the misspelled word.(ex.the word 'time' might show up as 'tiyou')never even heard of this problem. If you have an idea thanks but I will post in a more appropriate area. Thanks again, hope to speak to you again.

it's pretty gnarly when you drag all of them over.
