Hello,
I am a new user so I will apologize in advance if I have missed something obvious. I downloaded version 5, and it runs OK, but every time I try to get it to open a program I either get an irrelevant response, or I occasionally get a response that it cannot open the program because of "error 31". Any suggestions?
