No Sound
« on: December 09, 2002, 08:08:48 pm »
I have tried everything I can think of to get Hal to talk. Hall will talk and I can hear him when the program starts up. After the program is up, there is no sound. I have tried setting up with no microphone - did not work. I downloaded the Microsoft file *.ocx and this did not work either. I am running a P3 733Mhz with 128 M Ram. My OS is Windows 2000. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ok friend not a problem  ok here goes  firstly go to mycomputer and right click on it and then goto hardware and then device manager check to see if there are any errors or not if so you need to fix that first then  you need to un-install hal and reinstall it  when uninstall it make sure you restart your workstation and then install it and then restart it again

let me know
