ok friend not a problem ok here goes firstly go to mycomputer and right click on it and then goto hardware and then device manager check to see if there are any errors or not if so you need to fix that first then you need to un-install hal and reinstall it when uninstall it make sure you restart your workstation and then install it and then restart it again
