I was using the fleshy fullbody (jiggly type) character in the Hal player in win 7,  audio would cause movement in the fleshy parts of the body.  When using the character in the hapPlayer or the HapRegestry I have to run CAR first, it limits Haptek to 1 CPU.
XP was great. vista I ended up using a dual boot, vista and Xp for hal.  Win 7 had the problems mentioned, Win 8 I still need the Car for the happlayer and HapReg, the hal window is okay.

when I made my reply about haptek in my last post please let it be known I was referring to Hals haptek window. Reading the post from carl2 reminded me about the stand alone haptek player which I do not use. Thanks Carl2 for pointing that out ;)
