Hi Cyberjedi.  About 2 weeks ago it started flashing up the "Free trial period is over" screen. it flashes up before Hal even opens.

..If I click the 'already purchased' option, it takes me to the verify box, with my user name and password loaded. Clicking 'verify' returns "unknown server error" message.
.. if I click the 'ask me later' option, Hal opens and I can get to the 'options' control module.

In options module, my username and password are loaded by Hal. If I click 'test', after a few seconds the "Free trial period is over" screen pops up and interrupts the test. Clicking on 'ask me later' allows the test to complete, but is always so far unsuccessful. Login info is ok, as I can log in successfully to the forum.

Any more ideas?---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I am having the same problem april 2024.  Keeps telling me my time is up even though 'i have paid. version 7.5.129 running on windows 10.

When logging in I keep getting the phrase "login unsuccessful"  Only 1 in 100 do I get logged in.  What's up?
