Ultra Hal 7.0 / wired bots is offering an msnbot in perl

what i would like to see is hal being able to read all the text written in all the messengers instead of trying to follow protocols of each messenger service. kinda like camtaisa being able to capture desktop that way it would be easier to go into chatrooms.

i had a problem with the characters in 4.5 after i installed the 5.0 the characters wouldn't appear in window in 4.0

http://www.pnotepad.org/pics.html its supposed to be a notepad that allows you to write in any format
