I installed hal 6.2 on win 7 (64bit)and on vita sp2 (64bit).
Hal will take a long time to respond or it locks up.

Imagine that! Win 7 is Beta. Hal is XP and Vista capable. Hmmm....

Art,
have at it...
as far as I know 7 will run all code since 95 with less system resources than "Vita" I'm leaving this alone......[?]

Hi Life.
"The script you are executing is taking longer the expected to run."
is usually received if a script has a lot of looping going on.
do you get that message without plug-ins?
good old microsoft put that time out message in there language and it's been annoying people ever since.

I have no plug-ins installed.
Now I did get it to work better on vita 64 sp2 by limiting it to one core, but still no luck on win 7
