Probably ain't gonna happen.
Each bot will probably be programmed differently, so the only way to merge them is to rewrite each one of them and then rewrite Hal. In which case, you could have spent that time talking to Hal and it would already have learned more than adding those bots would do.
If you want to teach Hal, talk to it. If you want to improve it, learn to write plugins. If you can't do that, but you have ideas that you think will help, mention them here and maybe someone else will develop the plugin.
