Ultra Hal 7.0 / What is the function of Rem PLUGIN:

I'm trying to write some plugins, and was wondering what each of the Rem PLUGIN: do?

For example:
Rem PLUGIN: PLUGINAREA1
Rem PLUGIN: PLUGINAREA2
Rem PLUGIN: PLUGINAREA3
Rem PLUGIN: PLUGINAREA4
Rem PLUGIN: PLUGINAREA5
Rem PLUGIN: PLUGINAREA6
Rem PLUGIN: PLUGINAREA7

I would rather know than stumble around in the dark, but if I have to I will.

I need to know if I need to place my own script is still the line: PROCESS: REVERSE CERTAIN CONTRACTIONS AND OTHER SUBSTITUTIONS.
Is there a better place to place it in 6.1?

I am currently working on a faerie/elf version of hal, but the Hal 6.1 or earlier versions won't go earlier than 1600 A.D. Is there a way to make the brain older? Four hundred years seems kind of young for a faerie![]
