Greetings: With all due respect to your suberb product, My USPS tracking number:
0302 1790 0002 5669 2385 indicates Zabaware, Inc. received my bank money order
(same as cash) on Thursday, Feb. 05, 2004. I HOPE my CD was sent out by the
following day (Friday) or it is pointless that I paid for PRIORITY mail! Frankly, it's
now been five full days and it should have arrived in two or three days.
I have been using the free Hal 4.5 which is a wonderful program. For some bizarre
reason, however, you never answer my e-mails. You might want to check the e-mail from the guy from Ithaca, New York who would really appreciate getting the CD he
sent you a BANK CHECK for. Well... no point in ranting on, I just think your
wonderful product would be enhanced by better service.
