Ultra Hal 7.0 / Where's Robert?

Hey gang,
Has anyone heard from him lately? Just wondering cause I've sent several requests for re-activation support over the past week, and have heard nothing back. I had a catastrophic HD crash...and (with no time to de-activate) had to re-install from the ground up. Tried using the online re-activation...but it keeps giving me an older code (one I had before) and when I tried to use it, was given the standard "code expired" dialog. [

If anyone has a chance to talk with him (either here or in person) could you ask him to check the support requests. I would GREATLY appreciate it. I MISS MY Ultra Hal!!!
