Haptek Fullbody_Female Skin
« on: February 07, 2009, 08:40:50 pm »
As requested... here is a skin that I found and redesigned for the Haptek Fullbody_Female Haptar.  For the purpose of reference the filename I use is...

AudreyElf5_fb_Outfit01white.jpg

Here's a sample (the download zip is below)

I tried several times to attach the ZIP file that was less than 4MB and was named "FBwhite.ZIP" and each time I got the following error...

Request object error 'ASP 0104 : 80004005'

Operation not Allowed

/forum/outputFile.asp, line 70

If anyone knows a way around this, tell me and I'll edit the post to include the file.

sorry [:(]

Althought it says different, you can only post 200kb here. The work around is photobuket.com  for images and savefile.com for more complicated work like movies. They both give a url to paste into your post. Photobucket will be seen and clickable. Savefile gives a link to download from. Hope this helps as I'd like that skin too.[8D]
Oh yea, they are both free too.

Tried savefile.com twice... I kept getting this error...

Failed to copy a file. Please check filesystem access permissions.

Hi Jake,
Got the skin & tried to put it on my site but it would not up-load file too big.
Had to re-size it to 1024x1024 & it went ok.
I renamed it to just Audrey, it is on the full body skins page.
Right click & save picture as---  to wherever you want it.
http://www.nigesworld.com

P.S.  I don't think it lost anything in the downsize of the skin.
In the pic below are the 2 girls, The one on the left is the smaller file & the 1 on the right is the pic Jake posted above.

NIGE... thanks for the space!

Could you take me name off of the credit tag?  I did not design the original, I just changed it up.

nige i redid one of your skins i think it was cathy here is a picture before .

and here is the changes i done to it which was a lot i ended up doing 19 different versions as i kept doing other things like matching face skin to body skin , lipstick , eye shadow birth marks etc, etc. it was really a job to do that much i will post the skin so if you want to add it to your site you can . i'll post the skin on here in case anyone wants it .

after i redid it .

here is the new skin below !

i redid in a lighter color her blush too and cleaned up the forhead . as i said i worked a while on it hope you like it !!
[:)][:D][8D]
i may redo some others for you if you don't mind but will be later as it takes a lot to do this much !!

I'm new at this...  How do I use the skin?  I'm assuming I need to use the fullbody character from Haptek (the one in the download demo page) and then apply this skin somehow?  If someone could give some brief instructions on how to use skins, I would greatly appreciate it.  Right now I just have a Haptek torso character that I made with People Putty.

Thanks.

I'm having a problem loading Body_Female in Hal 6.2 with the 6.2 Expansion pack in Win XP. Haven't tried Female body yet but would think it would have the same problems.
Anyone else with the fullbod characters in 6.2?

dastaten and carl 2 you have to have the expansion pack with version 6.1 and up (as far as i know "if" i am wrong someone else say so ) for the hal characters to work right .
to get the skin work use the full body female go to zabaware the file in your program files open that and place the fullbody female file in  the character file (then close it and go out of program files . now in the hal when you open it and go to options and characters open characters and you will see a list find the female body (name ) in it highlight it and click ok now when you open hal to talk you should see the full size female women she will have a copper looking body . next in the c drive on your pc you will need to place a haplogctrl.txt file . this is what openes a box behind the hal window which will allow you to drag a skin file in it which will place it on the female body . if you need that file e-mail me at airvair62@yahoo.com and any other questions if i can answer them i will .
