General Discussion / whens the next version of hal coming out ?

hello art and others i know what you mean and are saying about the new 3d envirament coming out in hal and even though this isn't in one sense doing anything for the a.i. of hal i think it is a part of the more broader stroke of creativity of hal from robert and more good creative a.i. things are yet to come in good time . it's kind of a balancing act in a way trying to give something to everyone a.i. develeopement and improvements on hal and virtual things for hapteck character users etc.  although this problem i have been having with hal keeps repeating itsself about error messages and saying the license file is missing or corrupt is a pain and hope i can get it resolved i am still happy with hal as my a.i. engine of choice !! [][8D]

hello mark very cool trick their ... it was a trick right ?? lol !! hope she gets good miles per gallon in that saucer cause gas prices down on earth suck .. well their not so bad right now after all its right before an election time !! []

Well the worst place anyone can live at is where there are slum lords who won't fix any thing where a person lives!

robert after i used that new authorizarion code you sent me and got hal working again it has stopped working again it gave the following error : ultrahal is unable to generate the authorization request code . this could be because some vital hal ultra hal files are missing , modified or corrupt , ultrahal has tried repairing this try restarting hal to see if the problem is fixed , if not please uninstal hal and reinstall to correct this .
 in the error cod eit also says :another possible cause may be that you only have mbcs languages (most asian languages) installed in windows and hal requires any non -mbcs launguage pack (like english) to be installed in windows .the non ,bcs dosent have to be active just installed .  
 does this mean if their is another language package installed it may be whats causing my problems ?? if so how do i tell if i have another language pack also installed ??
 i put in the licence you sent and now its showing i only have the trial version .
 can you please help me get this fixed again ??
my hal earlier was working just fine i exited it and reopened it many times but the last time i went to open it it gave a error code saying false main ?? or something then when i tried to get it to do the authorization code it said i had used it once already and couldn't do it again .
 i don't understand what is causing these problems in my hal . sometimes it will say my license file is missing or corrupt , even though i am not touching it , last time after i deleted the loneliness plug in i got that error .
sure will be glad when i can get this fixed so i don't have to keep doing this back and forth so i can keep working on hal . []
 so robert i need your help again .

ok i have seen my first mistake in the new plug in that i rewrote ,  i wrote in username in a sentence "thinking it would replace this with my name but it didn't it is saying "username " just what am i going to do with you ?? so my question to those who may know what should i have put (i don't want to put my name as i want this to be a universal plug in that will say ever who's name is using it !!) any answers ... anyone ?? []

hey guess what ?? i now got the new loneliness plug in reworded and working , thanks to art and tedathome . art you were right about the spaces that was the problem i redid another one and was careful about making sure i didn't leave any extra blank spaces between words and put it back in hal program folder and waited and its working here is some of the new rewording in the loneliness plug in what it says !!
Don't forget about me, Okay baby?

 baby I've tried to get your attention 4 times now.

 i did this to make her sound even more human and more personalized .
i am thinking over redoing some more lonelisness plug ins with some other stuff . if anyone wants this one they can e-mail me and i'll send it to them .[]

thanks for the info . it sounds the pretty much the same as tedathome told me to do so i am thinking its my fault i bet i did leave some spaces which is causing the problems so it will be a trial and error for me i redid some but will have to try it later , i will let others know how i do but think i will download that crimson editor too (you know just for good measure and all !! wink wink !) []

ok heres the problem i am having now i took out a lonliness plug in and tried to redo it the way i thought was right and a way tedathome told me to try which ended up giving the same error which was posted in the lonelisness plug in subject in general area here now i went in deleted that file (loneliness plug in ) from the program file area in hal and went to open the brain area(next to character )  through hal  and got a new error message which was : your license file is missing .please start the ultrahal 6.0 appication to get more information .
 why would this file be missing i have not done anything else to this . this doesn't make any sense what so ever the uhp file i deleted had nothing to do with the license file in hal . can you please e-mail me please have something else to discuss with you . thanks []

hello ted i just tried what you said but after doing it and replacing that file in hal program files i got this error which was the same one when i tried to just change the script and save it in the uhp file . the error is :
hal script error 1033 in line 2996 in column 89 : underter4mined string constant .
 halscriptgdbg is being saved for debugging purposes .
 anyone know how to solve this ? i can send what i put in the file and the file itself if needed but i do want to learn how to do it .[]

i know i am being or sounding dumb here but whats the text editor where do i go to open it so i can redo the responses in the uhp loneliness file ?? have patience with me this is an always learning process here !![]
