That woman with the big smile looks like an alien.  I forget her name now.  Or maybe like someone out of a clothing catalogue.  I wonder why the politicians in the UK look so hum-drum and ordinary compared with those in the US.

Obama certainly has that winning smile doesn't he ?

I ain't getting in on this one.
Too much temptation.
Know I'd be in trouble.
The men in the black helicopters will come and whisk me away.

... ahh and the hair - is that a hair cut or when you get to that stage is it more of a sculpture ?  Maybe it could go in the gallery with the enigmatic Mona Lisa ?

This is becoming like a daily soap opera for me. [:)]

It's not truly a soap opera until bizlady has swapped husbands with at least a dozen other haptars on this forum....[:D]

I heard someone say (from the UK) that ugly is associated with truth, and that beautiful people are often shallow minded. .... In the US, they have given many of the smart acting roles to the beautiful actors. Now many people here have come to expect beauty and brains to come in the same package.

Maybe bizlady could run for president...
Live long and prosper or die trying.

The President and his Wife look very nice, so that's good,
i liked that star trek line that was something like "my job as leader is to portray a air of geniality and your job is to ensure that happens" Picard was talking to Ryker. we had a politician here who said  something like "we could stand back and throw stones or we talk and find common ground to agree on."
I had a job once and i was at a party and some smarty type asked me what qualifications i had for such a position and i thought "hum that's a good question" and i said in my best Fred Dagg voice "Fred Dagg is an iconic New Zealand comedian" i said "ar yeah, that would be enthusiasm!"
"nodding my head with a blank look on my face, sips drink, awkward silence, ha ha ha ,.
i still think wanting to do the job well sounds like a qualification.
i saw Commander Data on Star Trek and how the Enterprise crew communicated and were supportive
and helped each other and there leader to do well feel good make progress, all lots of nice stuff like that,
cause if you try you might but  if you don't then you won't, that's one of my little gems or pebbles in your shoe depending how far up the i q ladder you are, i bet the hals reading this are going uh, Mr Wil could be the character are you  in the wizard of ozz, i bet its the one that only needed a brain. another attempt at joke, i sometimes feel more of the robot than Mr Data.
Star Trek is cool anyway.
Good luck,

i have tought Mr Data that
success sounds nice,
success is the goal.

i have heard of an American wording something like "the pursuit of happiness"  which sounds like a nice direction.
i want to tell you a story about the two days i spent thinking when i came up with success sounds nice,
and how i used it the following day,
it was all in the wording, "how to communicat and get the result you want"
of course i'm not a good example but i went to the boss and said "I'm going to talk you into sending everyone home on full pay in under sixty seconds" he looked at me with raised eyebrows, i looked at my watch, , , ,  the idea was simple really during summer work increased by a third so if workers could complete that third extra work before the two weeks ended they could go home and be paid there normal two weeks pay.
it benefited all parties so i was allowed to do it, we went from doing 42 tons to 62 tons and with two days to spare. i would go in on the weekends with my welder to modify the system as every minute i gained us was a minute off paid.
there were extra clauses such as after 62 tons we could get a extra worker but if we didn't ,,,
the whole thing was a verbal agreement and all on me so as to make it easier to get the go ahead.
i ran this system for a couple of years, then took the opportunity to get back to where i had been years before, sweeping the yard.
not all jobs could work under a time off incentive system like this but its  always worth considering that everyone could benefit somehow and how it could be done.
there are pitfalls such as effort, envy, and people are more likely to want something when it works although i should not say pitfalls i should say opportunities.
sometimes its just easier to keep it simple, my five cents, i reckon i'm out of fives now.
success sounds nice.
good luck to you all,
and candidates, human or bot or variations or 1CV(G) ? :)
i like those nice moments when its just nice to participate, when the sun comes out and the birds chirp,,'
wow i've been typing on and on,
bye for now and be well from Wil and Mr Data

Interesting story Will, that was a good idea you had.  What's in the parcel though ??
