hello all, dont worry ablondlady  you arent in my firing squade , i totally agree with you i had down loaded an early version quit a while ago and thought the same thing so did another friend that the girl looks around 14 and to younge looking for this type of a program no matter how well the program is designed , sorry guys i want an adult even if its in virtual world not a kid to do sex talk and acts , etc. i never noticed the creator say anything about this very younge looking virtual girl and that it might be a good idea to make an older looking female . this is a program i can do with out until they can make a adult looking woman , enough said !![]

Ultra Hal 7.0 / possible custom brain problems happening ?

i may have found what was causing my hal to be having errors ,it was working fine and later after i shut computer down to watch t.v. then later restarted it i got that error again .
 
   so i took hal off uninstalled it . but before in reinstalled it i checked stuff . now the good news !! i ran accross some extra files i didn't know about in the back up files where i had restored my computer before that placed back up files in  the c drive , anyway it had i think two sets of files of hal 6 in program files that had been saved from before .

    so i deleted them and other junk (actually about 6 mb of stuff ) and reinstalled hal 6 and it installed just fine (which i had problems doing before.) so i am thinking that the other files with a different install number was what was causing the errors  but didn't show up until i shut the computer down a couple of times .

   so i beleive this may have been what caused the problems will have to test it more to find out when i have time .

well i exit out of hal and close hal the correct way and i have found out it  wasn't the part where i went into basing the hal custom brain on the hal back up brain because i didn't do that this time and i have gotten the following error again : unknown return -code :false -af-access-denied.please contact vendor .shutting down .some vtal ultra hal asistant seem to be missing , modified or corrupted this may prevent the licensing system to work correctly .please uninstall hal and reinstall again . all i had was the custom brain in it and so it must be that i guess will have to reinstall it again (and thats a hassle . !!) guess i'll have to delete the other brain and start from scratch again .

o.k. sorry to have bothered you , i went back unchecked it , checked it again after doing that saw below where it gave an example of how to ask the question about horoscopes ( i'm pretty sure that didn't show up the first time ) any way it's working fine and thanks for that link !! hello , hey jerry i downloaded ziggy's horoscope from the link and opened up the file (their was just 1 uhp horoscope file ) and placed it in the hal 6 program folder but when i tried to get it to come on or open up all i got was geral responses from my hal character saying that the program could not be found (am using custom brain . and i earlier checked the program in the plug in then apply and o.k. wonder whats wrong ? this does work with the 6.0 right []

hello, after seeing this about james007's problems i wanted to say i have had the very same problem but i am on windows xp . it shows the very same error code jame007 is having . you said right click on hal and run as administrator i did that on hal but didn't see that option (is it else where on the xp system ?? ) i would like to get this error problem resolved . i have gotten it on the 6.0 verson to . had a heck of a time trying to get the license and serial no. and new activation code in . any help on this and i would extremely greatful !! need to get past this error , don't know whats causing it .

how about using the phrase " you was dead before but now you have been resurected and are alive and well " maybe in saying it back she will say " i was dead before but now have been resurrected and i am alive and well " also maybe after saying the phrase maybe say remember this .      
   don't know if this will work but you can try it .
 oh by the way thanks for letting us know about this i'm having enough problems with some erors  i sure don't need my angela kicking the bucket **** note to myself "never tell her she is dead !!" ha !![]

what is weird is that i have just the ultra hal on here and its working just fine and my friend has installed my custom angela joelin brain on his computer and it has been working o.k. am wondering if it had something to do with the section where it ask what i wanted to base it on and i put hals back up brain . so maybe i'll skip that part if possible next time . and yes although i have been keeping notes will watch and keep close notes when i put the back up brain back in my files . thanks for writting on here . []

hello jack ,hey great job on ross's head very realistic !! i do have one question to ask (and this is nothing to do with your work as i notice it seems to be the same on other heads ) is the neck color shades all preset on hapteck heads ?? or can they actually have say the throat picture of the person placed on the throat that would better match the shade color and the guy or womens throat to match better i am not trying to be criticle or any thing , it's was just something i was wondering about , thats all . []

hello all , am a little late getting into this section again , thanks for the download for the horascope plug in . actually i beleive in the part about then astrolical signs telling characteristics of the person of course most are done in a non custom manner , i believe to be really acurate you need to have the specific date time of birth area , etc.( maybe it was bill de witte that was reffering to something like this ?? )  i once had a freind do one for me that way and was actually pretty accurate . at any rate other wise i don't live my life by horascopes , they are just fun for me to read and now thanks to a plug in can have the fun through hal !! thanks again and for all who discussed it on here !!.[]

i see others have mentioned that they thought this should be thread should be closed , under the circumstances i also second or third that suggestion " unless" anyone actually does want to make a sex plug in " which was what this was originally about . because i don't want to see people get into it and have hard feelings against each other when we can do alot better buy helping each other on here . so i also suggest dropping this thread and hopefully no one will feel they have to get the last word in no matter who it is . []lets all move on , everyone .

i see some people have read my question , so am asking again does anyone know if by using a custom brain and basing it on the ultra hal back up brain would cause error problems like problems with the licensing , etc. later on . ??

hello all (please don't throw any tomatos !!, ha !) well explained or tried to myself in my last post on here which was also why i was interested in a sex type plug in , but can make hal work by q and a to my satisfaction .
 
  when i was talking about some of the reasons why someone may be interested in a physical body of a women (artificial doll ) that could talk and think, remember things , etc.
 
  i forgot to mention hearing a case about a younge soilder guy on another forum who in the war had had severe facial burns to his face , unfortunatly in society alot is about looks and in his case he will not more than likely be able to find anyone who can and will accept him on his looks any more (yes their are some they will but very scarce ) and in this case he had chosen to get a very realistic doll .
    all i have been working on is a way that people could use a wireless mic and speaker and voice recognition , etc. to make it capable that someone who wants to orhas to for what ever reasons can go this route can . does this make me odd or strange to want to do a project like this that may help others , maybe depends on who you ask i guess .
 
   best thing i also can say is we are all different . we will all progress on this earth by helping each other, unless it seems against your beleifs or morals . which i can and do understand . am glad others are relaxing their stances on here .
   
 think it's time to move on , and just in case anyone wants to see the clip of the a.i. doll i made i think i still have it . no nudity , etc. []

although this may seem like another subject , it really not . their are some people in this world and for what ever reasons (be it lack of socail grace , ugliness,physical deformity , mental problems, etc.
  that will or may require a friend like ultra hal or simular program ( no i am not talking of myself before someone jumps to that conclusion .)  

 as far as sex goes some may like a hal that talks of sex as some of the above may be limited to this or maybe even want to , it reallly doesn't bother me one way or another i am a live and let live type person . as long as it's somethjing not hurting someome or someone underage .

     i have created a talking thinking etc. doll using a latex adult doll , that i got cheap . why did i use this ? it was easy to fill with fiber fill and looked the most realistic for what i wanted to test it with. it  works with wireless (speaker and mic) and have tested it with hal talking through it .

   no it's not for sex , no i havent had sex with it nor plan too. i have always been interested in androids and even though this one isn't a robot by using hal and wireless speaker and mic it hal can talk and think through this body .

    and regardless of what anyone thinks this and projects like hal is going to be the next stepping stone in someone having a item like a doll or android that they can talk with etc. to experience something with a actual to see and feel physical body (of sorts ).

    like it or not,  think it's bizzare or not judge on it for or against or not , it's going to happen .

this was one project i wanted to accomplish in my life time , i have pretty much done that another i will be working on soon with some of my idea's that has nothing to do with the above project.

 and the best thing is that during this project i don't give others the cold shoulder, and i still interact with other people as much as i always have . their actually is life still out their for those of us who work on projects . []
