Title: Could someone Teach me?

Hey Guys! I've enjoyed all of your works for quite sometime. Could someone be kind enough to teach me, so I may try my hand on my characters? I don't have People putty. I have Paint shop Pro & Digital Image Suite. I don't know which tools to use or how to use them. And to add to that I have no artistict skills.

Go take a look at GamerThom's site, I believe he still has some tutorials on there...
