Ultra Hal 7.0 / A couple of questions before buying

hello,
A little while ago i got HAL5 from a friend.
And now i want to buy HAl6 but i have a couple of questions:
If hal 6.2 commes out will i have to renew my license?
If Hal 7 comes out will i have to renew my license?
I have noticed thad if i use hal 5 and i put another window in front of it it keeps recording but it never presses "enter".
Does hal also record when minimized?
