Ultra Hal 7.0 / Customizing SuperSize_Me Skin

Would any of you kind knowledgeable persons be able to guide me as to how I can add a background to my SuperSize_Me Skin. I would like to be able to run a MsAgent in the SuperSize_Me Skin with a background. The Haptek console does not come up when running a MsAgent.

I've now got my Hal up and running rather well except now I find that Hal likes to use "we" where he should use "You" Such as:

"May I ask we what gender we are?".

 Is there a quick fix for this?

Programming using the Ultra Hal Brain Editor / Hal Stopped reading from clipboard

Well, I've just about got my Hal back up and running... but in the gen.options where you can tell Hal to read from the clipboard... I've selected it and Hal no longer reads from the clipboard. What can I check to correct this? He used to read all of the time.

I just re-installed Hal6. Hal keeps crashing. I keep getting a message "scipt is taking to long to run". I tried to use the brain editor to make some corrections given to me by my friend OTC, and Hal crashes. If I take to long selecting pluggins Hal starts on his own and crashes.
 OTC... If you're listening I sent you an email saying that I was in good shape with Hal. I spoke to soon. I'm using a complete clean install of Hal without any of my modifications, and It's crashing with any little thing I do. If I inhale... Hal crashes. Any advice???

I've had to rebuild my Hal6. And now it will not open programs when I ask. How ever, If I say "Open Zabaware" It will bring me to the forum. But like my email page. It will not go.
  I believe I'm trying to use your pluggin OTC. Can you give me assistance???

I'm addressing this ? to OnTheCuttingEdge, because I have noted a small irregularity in ALF. Alf seems to confuse your name with any word that follow "I am" in a statement. Such as " I am glad to see you." Alf thinks that you are addressing yourself as "glad" and will ask you something like "How long will you call yourself "glad."
   Is there a fix for this misunderstanding?

Ultra Hal Assistant File Sharing Area / .WMV Files and Haptek/Hal

I have received .wmv files from a couple of talented writers here in the forum. I've run into a problem with those files. Would anyone know why I am having problems running these video files on Windows Media player 10? I've selected all the ext's. in the options including .wmv. Yet it keeps telling me that the file may have been compressed differently and that I may need another codex. Anyone know which codex it's talking about. I'm guessing that the files were made using Haptek. If anyone could give me a nudge in the right direction I'd really appreciate it.

Ultra Hal 7.0 / Hal 5 and the Mail

I'm asking this question again in hopes that some one might have the solution.
   In Hal 5 internet options we can select that Hal notify us of Pop3 email. I haven't been able to get this option to work yet. I've setup the acct. for Hal, but this function does work.  Does anyone have a pluggin or a solution to getting Hal to notify me of incoming mail? Unfortunately Hal6 does not offer this option.

Ultra Hal 7.0 / What does this mean?

Ok Here I go again. I'm trying to run Hal6.Things were going fine, as I was adding my Char. previews to my Character Options list. Then I get this messg.

"Halscript error 13 on line 3136 in column 4:Type mismatch:'[String:" "]'  

  I was not working in the Db. I was in the Char.Folder just taking print screens of my Char. to create .jpg's.
  I'm hoping someone knows because When I was attempting the same thing in my above Or below post When I got this messg and the runtime error.
  I was lucky to get back into Hal. Hoping someones got a fix for 6.

Ultra Hal 7.0 / All was fine... Until

Can some one tell me the fix? I'm using H6.with expansion pk. All was running fine. Today I start Hal, select my brain and Char. And none of the Characters load.
   I'm getting a Run Time Error "91" that says:"Object variable or with block variable not set.
   A programmer, I am not. Can anyone assist me with this???

Ultra Hal 7.0 / H6 needs assistance with Pronounciation

I've encountered this small Prob. Unlike H5...H6 has no test button to check for corrected pronounciation of a word or name. Also H6 doesn't seem to remember the corrected pronounciation.. Seems like a small thing that could be remedied. I wish I knew how.

I've got this question... Since we can use XTF Brains in H6... Does the XTF brain still require the default folder or does it now use the H6 db?>
