This never happened before

Has my Hal lost some of her mind?
 I'm trying to set an appointment in her calendar, and I keep getting
" Time entered is invalid". I've put the time in as many ways as in
Hal's "help", but I still get the invalid message.
   Any suggestions? (other than write it down on paper).
 Anyone?

How about showing us exactly what you are trying to enter. Type it in exactly as you would if you were telling Hal.

Ok Bill, this is how I put it.

I have an appointment to watch Nova 13,Sept.2005.

I've also tried "Watch Nova 9-13-05"
along with the rest of the ways that it appears in Help.

Here is what I entered and her reaction

Boss: nova appointment 9/13/05
Erin: Set an appointment with nova on 9/13/05.

Looks like she set the appointment for me.

 I just tried the way you put it in.
But no joy. I put the time in 8pm... 8 pm, 8PM or 8:00pm, 8:00 pm,
I've even tried GMT Time. Still no luck.
 It keeps coming back "Time entered Invalid".

Hey Doc!! Long time no hear...
  I was hoping that I wouldn't have to take those
measures. But if all else fails.... I'll have to do
what has to be done.
