ERRORS WHEN TRYING TO DELETE OLD IMAGES

When I try and remve old jpeg files from my past uploads it will not allow me to remove them. I press the delete button & I get a Request object error 'ASP 0104 : 80004005'

When I try to upload an image to something I post, I get an error as well. The file name is one word & has no spaces or odd characters.
The error reads Request object error 'ASP 0104 : 80004005'

I also get an error when trying to delete files, using the delete option in "My Files". The error's somewhat different though:

I think thats a 'feature', after 9 months it has never worked for me either.

Consider what you upload to remain there indefinitely.

Also regarding the upload, it cannot be over 200kb.
