Ultra Hal 7.0 / HAL Reader and MSN Messenger.

Having purchased the package, I've discovered that with MSN Messenger it reads out the received message, and then REPEATS it non-stop, until such time as you send a response. That makes it pretty much unusable! It's the primary reason I purchased it! Do you know if this can be rectified? I'm on Windows XP. Thanks.
