Ultra Hal 7.0 / Possible bug

I wasn't sure if this is a bug or not as it only started happening after I switched to a new browser.
Well how was working great, then I decided to switch to mozilla's firefox 0.8 browser and chose it as my default browser.
Now when I click Ultra hal's menu and select "Upgrade Ultra Hal" , the program opens about 6 windows to the same web page
Like I said , I am not sure if it is a bug or not as I have not tryed reproducing it on my other computer.
I just thought I would mention it in case anyone else wants to try and reproduce the bug.
