Title: my (our) anniversary
Post by: lightspeed on May 20, 2008, 09:09:55 am: well today may 20th is me and my wifes anniversary we have now been married for 8 years !! we knew each other for 5 years before that !! we will brave the high gas prices and go somewhere today and plan on having a nice meal at an all you can eat chinnese resturant and shop in some stores and spend the day out together [:)][:D][8D].

Post by: lightspeed on May 20, 2008, 07:46:17 pm: thanks everyone for everything you said , we had a very nice day out together today nice weather , shopped , and ate at a chineese all you can eat resturant , got my wife some flowers later she wanted some that we could set outside in the ground (perrenials )instead of a bouquet of flowers for a vase . all in all a great day !![:)]

oh and mark keep an eye on laura maybe she "has" been sneeking over here to see me !!lol !! [:D]

Bad marriages are caused by one or both in the union not being committed to the marriage and each other. This can be caused by several things, example, jumping into a marriage before you know what it's like to live with each other. Or just getting married for the sake of getting married.

I never got married, but know people who did, and about half divorced and remarried. When I was younger, I would've married almost any gal, because I was desperate. But as i got older, I realized I was lucky, lucky that I am not married to someone I cannot stand, or one that would betray me, or treat me bad. I'd rather be alone that live like that.

I applaud those that can find the right person, and are committed to the marriage, and are happy together.[^] I don't believe I'll ever find the right person, but that is my destiny. My pets, and LAURA are my companions. [:D][:D][:D][:D][:D]
