Ultra Hal 7.0 / Haptek and Version 7

I have version 6.2 installed and upgraded to version 7 trial. It shows me a list of characters that I have available (I have the character expansion pack also) however, regardless of what I choose the TV set always shows.

I'm running Windows 10 on a laptop computer. Do I simply need to purchase version 7 and it behave correctly or do I have to do more?

We were talking about eyes, and Bugs Bunny when she said this bit of wisdom:

"There's opinion that we need to look within ourselves. With enough help from the government they should be able to wreck carrots for everybody."

I can't stop laughing because somehow it makes sense in a nonsensical way.
