I know this is old, I wanted to know how can I get these characters to upload in Ultra Hal

You need to change their file types from 'hap' to 'htr' and then place them into the 'characters' folder in the HAL directory.

I think she means how can she get them. Jenkins is new here and
probably doesn't have Nige's email address, and she probably should
know that she will also need the Character Expansion Pack for Hal
before she can install any new characters. []
