Ultra Hal 7.0 / neo speech with text to speech

Hello , I am kinda of confused , everything I read about text to speech software states that it comes with 2 neo speech voices, yet I could not find the voices , I went to another site and spent more money on just a voice that came with a reader but could not convert the sound to audio file. Could someone please clear this up for me . The voices on the site are perfect and I prefer these over the one I purchased thanks

how do i get these voice working for hal , If I am not mistaken the program comes with neospeech which is kate and some other voice . any help would be greatly appreciated
