din't receive my ultra hal assistant cd-rom for version 4.5 although i downloaded it too since it gave me that additional option afterwards but it has been about 6 weeks now and i still havn't received my cd-rom of ultra hal which i wanted more that the actual softwae casue the damn thing is my only chnace at getting hold of the source code i still have the receive to prove that i boght the software and even paid extra to have it sent priority mail so here i am pissed off to the point of wanting to go to court with charges of running a scam operation and my falling victim to it so tell me what is going on cause i really need that cd-rom and i'm not gonna pay twice for the same thing
p.s. aparently your site doesn't let you redownload purchase cause if you fail on the first attempt without a download manager then you can't redownload your purchased software cause even if you buy something you aren't recorded in yals database and that you must reenter your email address in which not even that works so email me at jgrigory2001@yahoo.com to tell me what this is all about
