Ultra Hal 7.0 / Not able to use hal6- Help needed

Please help me to know what is the problem..

I'm getting the following problems when i try to install hal6:

Microsoft Speech Control Panel:
INF Install failure. Reason:  The I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request.

Lernout & Hauspie TruVoice Amer. Eng. TTS Engine
INF Install failure. Reason:  The I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request.


Then i get a command like from WinZip: Install operation is not complete. If you shutdown now, temporary files may not be cleaned up.
continue with system shutdown?

Then an other window pop's up to End Program of WinZip.
 

How can i solve thesee problems? and use hal6?

Please help me to install hal6.. i'm getting an error message to install.. and i think i'm facing a virus prob. as my firewall may have deleted the keys and even when i turn off my firewall i'm unable to install.[)]
