Yet another "Discovery" of mine...

Of course, you can give her a new name.

We had a few people here a while back who did some really nice photo-realistic work on the character Faces.

A few names that come to mind are Dreadstar (Eric), Nige and Versionfour .

One link can be found here: http://www.ultrahal.com/community/index.php?topic=2711.0

Sorry about those links being somewhat dated. I was hoping to show some of what can be done if one uses certain techniques. The program is/was pretty amazing!

It is entirely possible that some of us might still have these characters to share.

Hopefully, others will do a bit of searching in their personal archives, as will I.

HEY CYBER, WAS NICE TALKING to you to , thank god i have free long distance lol ! ;) learned a lot  , i appreciate everything you do , everything is working just fine .  as far as the people putty  photo realistic , straight view faces from photo's have to be used  , non smiling.

P.S. saw your video clip you sent me , now that's photo realistic , that's the kind of detail to have , great job . another thing i observed is besides the detail , with the movement of the face the light changes on the textured face adding even more realism .

This is the type of stuff i have been talking about in the past. this is the kind of realism we need in creations , would be great also on a full body mapped out.

thanks again for everything you do , it is greatly appreciated.  :) obi won kanobi your our only hope lol !

Lightspeed - I have the same hopes that some day we'll have the capability to mod the full body's.  Brings to mind, how did the non-boot legged full bodies come to be?  I heard someone mod'ed the original?

If I might interject...

They (boot legs) were modified by a former active member, rich_A.
Whether he used some proprietary software from Haptek, I can't say.

But Rich_A was credited for finally getting rid of those awful bootlegs.
Not perfect but a far cry from putting up with the boots.

Haven't seen Rich post for some time.

Someone else might have a bit more info to share but that was my understanding.
