Espion Solves Artificial Intelligence Puzzle by Building the First Self Learning True AI Machine

(Other OTC:EPLJ.PK - News) have announced the discovery of a breakthrough in machine learning which allows computers to learn to recognize patterns and data without human interaction and with incomplete information.
