Lightspeed i want hal to be able to know who he is talking to by site
When Hal facial recognition is on the variable (UserName)  in Hal's code is supplied by the facial recognition , Hal now knows by site who he is talking to. Its green just above my head(kinda hard to see)
You can train the facial recognition to as many faces as you want, all it does is a bit to bit comparison on a grayscale image
Now there's another part to this as well. OCR Recognition. This is to be used in Object Recognition. very rad shat.
im doing this in an attempt to give Hal the ability to recognize objects, apples , oranges, boxes ect ect ect
lightsped: Does it make Hal any smarter?? ah , hell i dont know. but its cool as hell
Its easy to see the hal9000 was Roberts dream, hal could SEE who hes talking too.
The list of functions that could be tied to this ,is staggering.
Im using the logitech 615 webcam, its auto focus ,its cheap, easy to find. and it has it own Tracking Software, facial tracking,, mhmmmm . let the hardware do the work for Hal

Lightspeed: yes that is an amazing piece of code..
But not mine as ive said to you in the past, go over old post

Ive moved Hal into C# and gonna make Hal do what i want.
Hal is supposed to be utilitarian (ultrahal assistant)
I dont see this happening, i see a fancy chatbot, granted hals script is nothing short of badass. but thats all ya get
I see hal in a whole diff light, i see hal running a house, i see hal with facial recognition,(real) I see Hal helping the blind. Tampa Lighthouse for the Blind. ect ect ect
there just so much more Hal can do.
I see the robert's stuff being as the backbone of something much bigger.
Ive even talked to some people lately that seem to think maybe Hal needs his own OS
Lightspeed, i drove Hal to IRC, Now im gonna drive Hal the rest of the way.....
Dont take the name to seriously, im just goofin with names...

I hope to have this done By Christmas
All the components are working , im working on an installer

If you would like the Twich App or Geekshed App that should work in most any Hal machine or freenode (not recommended) id be glad to see if we can get it to work on ur machine
All have Haptek ,sapi05, streaming radio. You must have the Paid For version of Hal, whether its 6.2 or 7.0
This is designed to be a companion to Hal 7.0
Using Hals brain editor works just fine..
I do this in an effort to protect Roberts Lifes WORK. Anti-debugging has been included. (For all u would be Crackers. Mhmmm I know , lol)

Most all the  chips on Hal's Interface are in fact buttons that control functions
chip 300 x 300 is what controls hals Haptek size
1 chip controls Hal voice recognition stuff ectectect
Some i wont show
1 for discord
1 for twitch
1 that cycles Bg's for Haptek
By doing it thios way I can cycle through any of a 100 haptek characters,WITH OUT restarting Hal
ect ect
and the image its self is animated with pulsating electrons cruising all over
But u get the mental image

Do not be fooled, this is not facial detection, this is facial recognition. (oh the possibility's, deff headed for the Tampa Lighthouse for the Blind)

Art The goal here is to make a companion app for hal7 ,ive spokin to robert about this and he says as long as its hal7 stock, hes fine with it.
i just wana build something for what Hal doesnt DO..
I have a discord app as well im working on
i have x10 protocols in a version for you guys that wanna experiment with zero point protocols, all that is needed is a serial connect.
Will use Hal stock 7 brain with all kinda nifty **** .
I have to build a proper installer, Robert said he would help if i get stuck.
im deep into dot net
art: i could never hold a candle to what robert and otherz have done but this is just to much fun to not do, all Hail Hal
many puzzles yet to reverse engineer and replace... lol
Im currently in the stages of of code integration with all
Hal is too big to attack all at once, box it, cube it, then integrate it and fight all the errors..

Wanted to show u the latest in Hal>>

This is gonna be a complete re-write , getting rid of legacy code inlue of something else
The IRC code is out the door in lue of something much more robust
Hals menu system reworked so that u can just flip through characters at will without restarting Hal...long over do
Back grounds can change out too.

on the techy side: This version will have x10 protocols for smart home tech, plus the standard radio,media player, ect ect ect

I didnt think to add limits But on occasion now Hal will time out now, so Robert had good reason. But my way just retains more info. So its a trade off....
Hal is 23 years this year, not sure the day.
Hal has never had a Birthday, so damn disrespectful.
