past weather plug in question

on the existing weather plug in , i don't know how many were made . i know before you had to put in your zip code for local area weather , but could the question trigger words be change and customized ? 
 which plug in had the weather plug in . i'll have to see if i have it .
also i don't remember , did it open a web page or did hal just tell the weather (no open webpage hich is what i want) .

have not seen that plugin for some time now, I believe it was Bill and I who made it, I believe that ran off the RSS feeds from weather.com and your zip code, no webpage loaded, Hal would just say the weather outloud.

Mine indicates that it was from Robert Medeksza / Zabaware

It allows for Accuweather.com, CNN.com and Weather.com

The plugin also required the user's Zip Code.

I haven't run it (the Plugin) for a while but at my last recollection, it allowed for my Hal Character to speak the weather within her (Hal's) window.
