I have translate the totality of Hal's files.
I modifis the Brain for pronouns and.....
I can not modify the file Mainbrain by what it is semi-compiled.
If I supply Mainbrain's translation, you can the compiled?

Hello,

I think I have good news for you.

I understand that you have translated most of Hal's databases.

You are concerned because the Mainbrain is "compiled."

Robert Medeksza created the "compiled" version of Mainbrain to make it run faster.  However, he stated that Hal is designed so that it will work with either "compiled" or "uncompiled" databases.

If you translate the Mainbrain into a format that looks like a standard "uncompiled" Q&A database, it should operate okay.

It is also possible to take your "uncompiled" database and compile it at a later date.  I believe that you would need to send the database to Zabaware to get this done, unless some of the other members of this forum might know how to do it.

I think many spelling and grammar improvement will be needed. For example :
Le cerveau est toujours en tests et sujet à modifications
Quand le cerveau sera fini, il sera disponible avec l'accord de Zabaware

J'arrive à la fin de la transformation en français. les tests sont ok sur le boot
2 boots qui dialoguent entre eux ne boucle pas contrairement à la version Américaine.
il me reste la base de verbes et des adjectifs  à finir.
le cervaux et le menue est en Français.
le PB sont les accents reste un souci
vous alez pouvoir tester le boot qui est "hal français" sur AIM vers la fin de avril.
si les tests sont concluent il faudra le faire compiler par Zabaware.
et apres je passe sur le XTF[8D]

je vais faire tourné le boot de Hal sous le speudo mdnd6 serveur à partir du 05/04/05

il est évident que d'autres modifications du cervau sont en cours afin de corriger des bugs comme "è" suivit d'autres petits pb.

note: je cherche la solution d'avoir WordNet en version français.
