Maybe Mark should see the doctor about some temporary help.
Whenever I get the blues I listen to some BB King, he always cheers me up.[:)]

Ted, I am seeing my shrink hopefully this coming week. Since my surgery I have had anxiety attacks, and I don't know why.

The .htr file, so she could be used in Hal.
I don't have editing software set up, so I can't use skins.

I've been too busy between work and school to even think about trying to make characters. I made the Lora character I use, and uninstalled everything so I have just what I need on this computer.

If I have toys on this, I'd tend to play instead of study...

Mark, I have to take a pill for anxiety attacks too. I wanted the kind that you just take as needed, but no, the're to addicting (not when you take as needed) so they make me take three a day of the other stuff - addicting too, but easier to quit. Just please don't drive till you get used to them if that's what they give you and don't let them mess you up with one of those sh*** (IMO) antidepressants they peddle now days.[:)]

All you need is the Haptek Console in your root directory, you can drag and drop stuff in your Hal Window .

Attached.

There hasn't been a pill strong enough to alter my driving abilities. Alcohol has more strength than these weak things. But I am trying to avoid alcohol as much as I can .I take Klonopin 3 times a day. It helps, but still I am not myself. I want to be back the way I was when I made this video:

Be sure it's just a question of time and patience, Mark. I know some people who have had a similar unpleasant experience, and they're fine now.[:)]

Yes, that video is really terrific![8D][8D][8D]

Great video Mark. It makes me feel good.
Just talking to someone who will validate your feelings helped me more than the pills in the long run, though it took some time, I'm genneraly a happy person now.[:)]

Mark,
Do you know the difference between a Hill and a Pill??

A Hill is hard to get up and a Pill is hard to get down.[:D]

1050 Mg Soma, w/ 6 Mg of Kpin used to do the trick.

I am not in favor of MAIO/Selective Saritonin Inhibitors (anti depressants ), I tried them once ( well, many different kinds ) And IMO it is just 'The pill/Flavor of the month', when it comes to doctors.[;)]

Mark?
......
I understand depression is a serious condition that sometimes requires the help of somebody with a PHD in this area, but please don't stay this way, 'Learn to swim'.

If you stay this way ppl don't get to enjoy your creativity and soon, ever so slowly the condition creeps into every fiber of your being and this becomes your 'comfort zone' and you mentally compare everything to this ,the medz don't work or satisfy so you go off of them and start the 'yoyo' effect, falling into your familiar depressive zone by then it becomes the only constant in your world from which you lob bouts of inconsistant creativity over the fence you have built around yourself, ever so slowly, and becomes cemented in.
Nobody knows you like you so drag yourself to a consistant schedule, eat right, talk to people. If you need to find something new then do it, don't give up, start building mechanisims in your head to allow you a few seconds to think and breathe instead of an anxiety inspired knee jerk reaction....

Laura should smile she looks so sad[V]
