You are right Carl, they don't have bones.
But they do have trigger points.
Here is a body i cut the front off.
You will see a lot of triangular shapes, they are the movement points.

Hi systemshock.
Put this at the end of your mood file,,,,,\SetSwitchIntensity [switch= visemes          f0= 1.600000]
You should find that she mouths the words a little better.
Play with the settings to see what you think is better.
Change f0 between 1.600000 & 2.000000 no higher or mouth goes haywire.

A couple of years ago i had a go at changing a male model to female which didn't work real good.
Finally i think it is very close to what i was aiming for.
The reason being that the facial features are a lot better in the male than the female figures.

The first pic is a before & after pic.

The second pic is a comparison of the now 2 female figures.
Same skin & hair on both, only difference is the one on left is original female & one on right is altered male.

Got bored so dragged out the Bizlady model & did some alterations.
Erased the coat & horse collar.
Toned down her body.
Gave her some legs & clothing haptars.
