Unable to hear in one ear piece?
« on: November 14, 2008, 10:46:16 am »
Dear Friends,

After i installed Hall text to speech reader, i installed it successfully. However when hall reads my text, i can hear it in only my left ear piece and not in the right one.

I tried installing it again but had teh same problem. Can someone help me with this please?

Regards
Mitesh

Mitesh,

There is a bug in it!  You have to go into the control panel and adjust the balance control for the main volume.  This bug is only in the freeware version.  The one you buy doesn't have this bug.  This drove me nuts like it is you.  I like the version you buy better, unfortunatly you can only buy it by mail.  The web site doesn't allow you to buy it online, you can download it, but can't buy it,, strange.

The reader has the bug , you need to adjust the wave balance and volume I only had problems when I had the reader installed.
