why bother , converting from gas to propane etc. how long do you think it would take them once people started changing over to start coming up with excuses about why prices would start raising , even after more fuel efficient cars were made and driven the excuse then was their was more people driving . you won't win as long as theirs a dollar to be made . Really. In some car forums I'm in, sometimes this is also brought up. I recently read an article on MSN about Hybrid cars costing more than their more normal counterparts and that it doesn't pay by the time you figure what you spend on gas vs. the higher cost of the vehicle itself.

What they need is a car like KITT - turbine engine running on ethenol or liquid hydrogen, and gets 200 mpg. :) And to stay on topic here - has an AI installed. :)

Only a dream right now. Though the AI part is becomming more and more reality.
