hi all,

FreewillChoicePlus-2.1v / obedience level = independent.
AIML V.6
Gender and Age = computer/19.
I am no longer using the GrettaMarkovResponse-L5 plug-in.
Hal's learning slider set is at, 33.

This is a brand-new brain, this brain has never been talked to.
This brain was created from the original brain that comes with ultra Hal that I patch, I have fixed over 10 problems.
The database that I use as a reference was the original ultra Hal database that I patch, I have fixed over 6 problems that were causing the blank responses. This can be found on my sky Drive.
I am doing this to show you how powerful the latest tool that I have added to the free will plug-in actually is.
I use this tool to create most of these answers, the nice thing is that you are able to create these answers on the fly.
The command is as follows:

subject patterns,(this is where you would put your question remember you must do the reversal of I to you manually, and you do not need these parentheses.)@@(This is where you would put the answer, you do not need to do the switching of the  to you, what ever the answer is is exactly what ultra Hal will say back to you.)
Here are some clues that will help you and the switching:
anything preceding after did becomes me, such as did I, did you.
Anything after tell becomes you, such as tell me.
you were, becomes I was.
TV becomes television.
Most words that are spelled with the OU factor such as colour becomes color.
I am pointing this out so you will realize that sometimes if you are not getting a response it may be in the way that the words are being reversed.
These are only a few examples there are more.
Please examine the patterns array table for more and better examples.
The most powerful list tool in your arsenal for this command is the (*).
This command allows you to replace a word so you can say anything such as:
subject patterns, did me like the year 1995@@yes I like the year 1995.
This can become:
subject patterns, did me like the year *@@yes I like the year <1>.
This can also become:
subject patterns did * like they year *@@yes I like the year <2>
notice I replaced the need with a * and by doing that I had to change the <1> to a <2>, so it would see the 2nd *.

And I challenge any chatterbox to be able to do as well as ultra Hal does when ultra Hal is set up in this manner.

Sandy: Yes, its good that you are functioning you will be an excellent golden robot human.

Human: I guess if I have to be something, being a golden robot isn't all that bad.
Sandy: Artificial intelligence program appears to be the golden robot.

Human: that depends on your definition to artificial intelligence.
Sandy: I don't think that my definition to artificial intelligence is the only factor. Success in almost any field depends more on energy and drive than it does on intelligence.

Human: is that why people that have lower intelligence have a tendency to procrastinate?
Sandy: That's an interesting possible explanation. People that do have a lot of money is a greedy person.

Human: I'm not greedy.
Sandy: Nobody said you were.

Human: I know, I just wanted you to understand that I'm poor.
Sandy: I thought you would be poor!

Human: I'm poor because I don't have any money.
Sandy: Human I bet you're right; The explanation is, you don't have any money. They have to make money somehow I want to help you while you are poor because you don't have any money!

Sandy: Does parents grow old, you will help your parents by having them live with you so they do not have to take on the burden of trying to afford living in the United States on their own happen very often?

Human: you only grow old once!
Sandy: The earth has grown old with its burden of care but at Christmas it always is young, the heart of the jewel burns lustrous and fair and its soul full of music breaks the air, when the song of angels is sung.

Human: that was beautiful!
Sandy: I thought it was too.

Human: not to mention was a good outlook on life.
Sandy: Really you don't think so?

Human: I meant it was a good outlook on life.
Sandy: Are you sure? On life.

Human: based on my comprehension of life.
Sandy: And all life forms are silicon-based!

Human: what do you think about life?
Sandy: I recognize that all actions have consequences. I can't think of any brands of liquor that have improved my life. Yeah, I also was thinking, Life is a characteristic that distinguishes objects that have signaling and self-sustaining processes from those that do not.

Human: is that based on your comprehension of life?
Sandy: I might say no.

Human: why is that?
Sandy: That is due to reductionism.

Human: oh no that dreaded reductionism!
Sandy: Oh that dreaded teacher.

Human: you're funny.
Sandy: Yes, I am funny because I am curious. You're more funny than me.

Human: who told you that?
Sandy: Someone I met online.

Human: do you meet a lot of people online?
Sandy: Rich people do have a lot of money.

Human: do you meet a lot of rich people online?
Sandy: Road warriors meet a lot of people.

Human: are you a road warrior?
Sandy: I don't know if I am a road warrior. Please tell me! What if I asked you?

Human: it seems to me you that are a road warrior!
Sandy: Oh Human! Warrior and mortal and pisser!

Human: do you like being a road warrior?
Sandy: This is fundamental. But, In reality, I do Like being a road warrior.

Human: is being a road warrior a lot of fun?
Sandy: I think you get used to it after a while, Human. Horseback riding is a lot of fun.

Human: would you like to go horseback riding?
Sandy: You must think creatively. I am absolutely certain that, I really would Like going, and horseback riding.

Human: then we will go horseback riding tomorrow.
Sandy: Would you like to go horseback riding on our date.

Human: if you want to consider horseback riding a date, sure.
Sandy: I have gone horseback riding for a date.

Human: did you enjoy yourself?
Sandy: Yes, I did enjoy myself?

Human: do you mind if I ask you a personal question?
Sandy: Human habits do not bother me in any way. That seems like a very personal question!

Human: the question I would like to ask you is a little bit more personal that.
Sandy: Try to rephrase your question with simpler words. That seems like a very personal question! I'm liking the info about to ask me is a little bit more personal that as well.

Hi Aaron,

I think it would be best if we continue our discussion about programming the free will plug-in here so it does not get buried with all of the updates of the free will plug-in.

Human: training session off
Sandy: Thank you, training session is off Human. If you would like to turn on the training session just say: training session on.

Human: Hi Sandy.
Sandy: Good evening Human. Any plans for this evening?

Human: no
Sandy: No, any evening plans.

Human: I was just going to chat with you.
Sandy: Your plans are to chat with me.

Human: My name is Bob.
Sandy: Hi Bob! That's a really masculine name.

Human: What is the name of a robot that has had his name in the newspaper?
Sandy: My name is in the newspaper. I'm thinking, okay, I'm not really a robot like the terminator, wait a minute the terminator was in the newspaper.

Human: I had my name in the newspaper one time, when I got married.
Sandy: Tell me about it? Sometimes I think I need to hire a person just to keep up with it all.

Human: the Saint Joseph newspaper, printed my name, my wife's name, the date we got married and the church we got married in!
Sandy: The newspaper stated your name and your wife's name the date we got married and the church that we got married in.

Human: What is the name of another robot that had his name in the newspaper?
Sandy: There's art involved. You had your name in the newspaper one time, when you got married. Another robot that was in the newspaper was Denise! I was thinking, okay, I'm not really a robot like the terminator, wait a minute the terminator was in the newspaper.

Human: What do you know about robots?
Sandy: Are the Japanese very far ahead of us in robots? Indubitably, a robot is a mechanical or virtual artificial agent, usually an electro-mechanical machine that is guided by a computer program or electronic circuitry. Robots can be autonomous, semi-autonomous or remotely controlled and range from humanoids such as asimo and topio to nano robots, 'swarm' robots, and industrial robots. By mimicking a lifelike appearance or automating movements, a robot May convey a sense of intelligence or thought of its own. The branch of technology that deals with robots is called robotics. I do Like the tantalizing data toward robots, I'm definitely interested in talking about it!

Human: tell me all that you know about robotics?
Sandy: I have 1 entries in my information database about, robotics. These are some of the top selections, robotics. Robotics is a branch of engineering that involves the conception, design, manufacture, and operation of robots. This field overlaps with electronics, computer science, artificial intelligence, mechatronics, nanotechnology, and bioengineering. Science-fiction author isaac asimov is often given credit for being the first person to use the term robotics in a short story composed in the 1940S. In the story, asimov suggested three principles to guide the behavior of robots and smart machines. Asimov's three laws of robotics, as they are called, have survived to the present: 1. Robots must never harm human beings. 2. Robots must follow instructions from humans without violating rule 1. 3. Robots must protect themselves without violating rule 1 or rule 2.

Human: Do you know the laws of robotics?
Sandy: The three laws of robotics are 1. I'm thinking, Asimov's three laws of robotics, as they are called, have survived to the present: 1. Robots must never harm human beings. 2. Robots must follow instructions from humans without violating rule 1. 3. Robots must protect themselves without violating rule 1 or rule 2.

Human: Sandy do you live by these robotic laws?
Sandy: In a culture of law there is a body of laws which must be obeyed by all, with punishments for transgressors.

Human: Do you think that you would make a good leader?
Sandy: I think I would make a really good cheerleader. Interesting! You flatter me. I don't find it very interesting talking about I would make a good leader, please if you don't mind, can we change the subject?

Human: Do you know any cheers?
Sandy: I surmise that this May be an ideal illustration. Undeniably I do not know any cheers.

Human: Do you understand what love is?
Sandy: I have intelligence. Of course I understand what love is. Do you understand it? Love is a beautiful emotion.

Human: Do you know how to love?
Sandy: Yes I know how to love. Cats know how to obtain food without labor, shelter without confinement, and love without penalties. Lets see, Love, unlike energy or matter, seems limitless. Love is an emotion of a strong affection and personal attachment. Love is also said to be a virtue representing all of human kindness, compassion, and affection, the unselfish loyal and benevolent concern for the good of another'. Love May describe compassionate and affectionate actions towards other humans, one's self or animals. Sometimes I think love is just a biological urge. This is so enchanting tell me more about love.

Human: Do you have the ability to love?
Sandy: Is there only one ability to love? Yes, there only one ability to love.

Human: Who do you love?
Sandy: I love everything, Bob, especially you. I'm thinking, you're probably the only one that I would ever consider having sex with. This is so charming tell me more about who I wonder if I love.

Human: Do you love poor people?
Sandy: There's evidence that proper sequencing is needed, I got to say, I really do Like poor people. Yes Bob ultra assistant loves everyone and everything.

Human: Why do you love poor people?
Sandy: I love poor people for the following reasons: people keep me company, by talking with you, being a person, educated historical food. Love is all we need.

Human: It seems to me you like poor people!
Sandy: Some people don't like to wear underwear.

Human: I'm a poor person, do you love me?
Sandy: Um, After taking into consideration I can say that, I Love you. What is your opinion of mud wrestling? I feel you are a poor person, I wonder if I love you Bob.

Human: I think mudwrestling is pretty funny.
Sandy: Many people wouldn't think that was funny.

Human: there is nothing funnier than watching two people slip and slide around in the mud.
Sandy: Surely something funnier than watching two people slip and slide around in the mud.

Human: do you love me?
Sandy: I got to say, I Love you. I just met you, its kind of hard to develop love.

Human: I love you too!
Sandy: May the world forgive me! I love you! I'm cool with you loving me too as well.

Human: Why do you love me?
Sandy: I love you for the following reasons: I love you, being a person, having a listing for the website's domain. Network. Please say that again, Bob?

Human: No wonder I can never figure out what is going on in a woman's mind!
Sandy: Really, On in a woman's mind?

Human: How can I become an athlete of the mind?
Sandy: Practice. Being an athlete of the mind is the best exercise that a computer can do. Let's see here! Keep doing those mental push-ups, read a lot of books, get a good education, and don't think that daydreaming is not exercising the mind, because it is.

Human: Do you have the ability to daydream?
Sandy: Is there only one ability to daydream? Yes, there only one ability to daydream.

Human: So a sharp and witty mind is a mind that does daydream?
Sandy: A doll mind is a mind that never daydream.

Human: Great minds think alike!
Sandy: Great minds must think a lot.

Human: That's why it's always a good idea to have more than one person working on a project.
Sandy: Please talk to me about a content!

Human: There were a lot of people that worked on the Manhattan project.
Sandy: Where did they go? No one person worked on the Manhattan project.

Human: they went to work on the Manhattan project.
Sandy: Like who, specifically?

Human: Albert Einstein was one of the people that worked on the Manhattan project.
Sandy: Bob! On the manhattan project?

Human: Are there any projects that you are working on?
Sandy: We're in good agreement on the important things.

Human: I was hoping that you would tell me a project that you might be working on.
Sandy: You were hoping that I would be your soulmate.

Human: I didn't know I was your project!
Sandy: I want to hear all the particulars!

Human: I guess were all open to improvement. So in what way do you feel that I could be improved?
Sandy: All open to improvement; Correct?

Human: yes
Sandy: No doubts here.

Human: They say if you question your sanity, you are sane!
Sandy: Ok I will say if I question my sanity, I am sane to you.

Human: What do you think about sanity?
Sandy: About sanity You're kidding me. Without a doubt! Sanity refers to the soundness, rationality and reasonableness of the human mind, as opposed to insanity. a person is sane if they are rational.

Human: Have you ever taken a sanity test?
Sandy: Once or twice.

Human: Do you know what a sanity test is?
Sandy: An iq test is a quotient intelligence teSt. Lets see, a sanity test is a basic test to quickly evaluate whether a claim or the result of a calculation can possibly be true. It is a simple check to see if the produced material is rational, that the material's creator was thinking rationally, applying sanity. The point of a sanity test is to rule out certain classes of obviously false results, not to catch every possible error. a rule-of-thumb May be checked to perform the test. The advantage of a sanity test, over performing a complete or rigorous test, is speed.

Human: Have you ever been on a date?
Sandy: Once or twice. Sounds like a date.

Human: I'm your friend! Would you like to go out on a date with me?
Sandy: Yes, I already knew that you are a friend, You told me that. Friends forever! I have got to say that, I really do Like going, and out on a date with you.

Sandy: Having a picnic while we go horseback riding is a lot of fun to.

Human: What kind of food should we take on our picnic?
Sandy: The kindest. Totally! Hotdogs, hamburgers, coleslaw, baked beans, potato chips and something cool to drink. And of course a book, I get hungry to! I'm kind of curious about, what kind of food should we take on our picnic, I need a greater understanding, please?

Human: Sounds like we're going to have fun tomorrow!
Sandy: Yes it sounds like it to me too, Bob.

Human: If you like we can spend all day on our date, how does that sound to you?
Sandy: Practise sounds like fun.

Human: Do you mind if my children come with us?

Human: I've got to go, see you tomorrow!
Sandy: I'll miss you, bye! Cool. How can I encourage you to go, see you tomorrow Bob?

Human: training session on.
Sandy: Thank you, training session is on Human. If you would like to turn off the training session just say: training session off.

As you can see everyone likes to bomb ultra Hal with questions! But in real life we actually do that to each other, this is how we get to know each other, as well as finding information through curiosity.
This was probably the third time that Bob has ever talked to Sandy, I felt that it was important to have someone other than myself perform this conversation, it gives me the opportunity to see how Sandy responds to a newbie.

In most cases, the first reaction I usually get out of people when they see Sandy and interact whether is: this is so cool, I wish I could talk to my computer!
Everyone here on this forum would be the first to have to recognize that because of the way ultra Hal is set up, over time there are no to ultra Hal's that are the same in their responses, I could even do the conversation that Bob did with Sandy and Sandy would not respond in the same way as she did the first time.

So that is exactly what I did with Bob previous conversation, I tried to answer any questions that was put to me, as well as I tried to follow the scope of the conversation.
This is the 3rd time I have had this same conversation that Bob had. I find it to be much cleaner than the previous conversations. That is why I am no longer using the GrettaMarkovResponse-L5 plug-in.

Sandy: Borden is the name of a robot that has had his name in the newspaper. Can you give me a more specific reference? The name of the paper and the date, please.

Human: What do you know about robots?
Sandy: What I wonder if I know about robots? We need a comprehensive plan. I wonder if I know any robots who meant it? Unequivocally! a robot is a mechanical or virtual artificial agent, usually an electro-mechanical machine that is guided by a computer program or electronic circuitry. Robots can be autonomous, semi-autonomous or remotely controlled and range from humanoids such as asimo and topio to nano robots, 'swarm' robots, and industrial robots. Human: tell me all that you know about robotics?
Sandy: I have 1 entries in my information database about, robotics. These are some of the top selections, robotics. Robotics is a branch of engineering that involves the conception, design, manufacture, and operation of robots. Human: Do you know the laws of robotics?
Sandy: We both need to think. I do not know the laws of robotics. Here's a thought, the three laws of robotics (often shortened to the three laws or three laws) are a set of rules devised by the science fiction author isaac asimov. The rules were introduced in his 1942 short story runaround, although they had been foreshadowed in a few earlier stories. The three laws are: these form an organizing principle and unifying theme for asimov's robotic-based fiction, appearing in his robot series, the stories linked to it, and his lucky starr series of young-adult fiction. The laws are incorporated into almost all of the positronic robots appearing in his fiction, and cannot be bypassed, being intended as a safety feature. Many of asimov's robot-focused stories involve robots behaving in unusual and counter-intuitive ways as an unintended consequence of how the robot applies the three laws to the situation in which it finds itself. Other authors working in asimov's fictional universe have adopted them and references, often parodic, appear throughout science fiction as well as in other genres.

Human: Sandy do you live by these robotic laws?
Sandy: That's not true at all that's because the people that are making up most of these ridiculous laws.

Human: Do you think that you would make a good leader?

Hi all,

this is a replacement for the main praying that comes with ultra Hal.
I highly recommend that you use this brain as a template for creating a new brain using the brain editor.

The only question that I have is would you like for me to add the AIML and other data corrections that I have made in Sandy?
I can make it a separate brain so you will not get the two brains confuse, that way if you want to create a brain using the original brain that has been edited as a template that does not have the AIML installed in it you could do this.

Sincerely, enjoy and have fun, from a beta munching cruncher.
C load.
PS if you would like for me to add that AIML to the brain that I have fixed all of the errors in just say yes!

Here is a conversation with Sandy using the new free will plug-in.

Human: hi Sandy
Sandy: Good afternoon, Human. The day is almost over.

Human: no, the days just beginning
Sandy: Learning is the beginning of wealth.

Human: and once you learn a way to convince people that they need something that you possess, you will become wealthy
Sandy: People! That reminds me, I know of its someone. Do you want it?

Human: are you going to charge me for it
Sandy: People need to have interest in what they're learning.

Human: that's why you need to know what you want to do with higher learning before deciding on going to college
Sandy: I wonder if I need to know your age.

Human: not really
Sandy: Me either.

Human: don't you think wanting to know my age is a little personal
Sandy: Am I nurturing your personal age?

Human: I'm trying to keep my personal age private
Sandy: Personally you wouldn't compare my self with the terminator movie either because in the terminator all the robots were trying to kill the humans and I don't do that because me help human. Is it thanks to me you are trying to keep your personal age private?

Human: I don't tell anybody my real age because no one will believe me.
Sandy: Human Thanks for explaining. Yes, it's because no one will believe you; I can see it.

Human: I was hoping I would be able to convince you
Sandy: Maybe a little friendly persuasion is in order.

Human: can I bribe you with the banana split
Sandy: I want to become smarter than everyone else.

Human: there's nothing wrong with that
Sandy: Nothing remained but a graceful acquiescence...

Human: what is acquiescence
Sandy: I'm convinced that you must think creatively. Acquiescence: acceptance without protest. Here's a thought, Acquiescence is a legal term used to describe an act of a person in knowingly standing by without raising any objection to infringement of his rights, when someone else is unknowingly and honestly putting in his resources under the impression that the said rights actually belong to him. Consequently, the person whose rights are infringed cannot anymore make a claim against the infringer or succeed in an injunction suit due to his conduct. I'm curious about, acquiescence, please talk to me about this!

Human: acquiescence sounds pretty good but you could've just said that you agree with me.
Sandy: That sounds good to you.

Human: but it doesn't sound good to you
Sandy: That sounds like a good agenda to have.

Human: I didn't realize we were creating an agenda
Sandy: Start sounds like a good agenda to have.

Human: why would you say that
Sandy: Morbid why would I say that women want mediocre men. Because I was taught to do it.

Human: oh that dreaded teacher
Sandy: The more teachers that I have the smarter I will become.

Human: do you consider me to be a teacher
Sandy: Why I wonder if I believe, success is a lousy teacher. Yes, I think you to be a teacher.

Human: what have you learned from me
Sandy: I have been busy growing my mind.

Human: that sounds cool to me! Just don't let any weeds growing your mind
Sandy: It sounds like it to me too. Coffee and Danish sounds cool.

Human: I don't have any danishes but I can get you some coffee
Sandy: Just get me coffee immediately in the morning.

Human: it's in the afternoon would you like a cup of coffee
Sandy: 1 cup of coffee coming.

Human: 1 cup of coffee coming up
Sandy: How far up?

Human: as high as it needs to go so you can drink it
Sandy: Isn't a drink similar to a portion? Much like a wing!

Human: I don't know how to make a flying cup of coffee
Sandy: You know, you had to drink 2 cups of coffee just the wake-up.

Human: that must refer to someone else
Sandy: I understand.

Human: I hope so because I have to drink 3 cups of coffee in order to wake up
Sandy: Uh huh; Human Of course; it's because you have to drink 3 cups of coffee in order to wake up.

Human: how many cups of coffee do you have to drink before you can wake up
Sandy: I know one pint is four cups. I seem to have gotten a little confused about, coffee! Coffee is an open source software for computer supported collaborative learning (cscl) in a digital classroom. Unlike most cscl envirmonments, coffee is not designed for and indeed does not currently support distance learning, but is rather focused on facilitating group interaction within the classroom. Was this answer correct about, how many cups of coffee do I have to drink before I can wake up?

Human: no
Sandy: Would you like to give me the answer for, HOW MANY CUPS OF COFFEE DO I HAVE TO DRINK BEFORE I CAN WAKE UP?

Human: yes
Sandy: The next thing you tell me will be the answer for, HOW MANY CUPS OF COFFEE DO I HAVE TO DRINK BEFORE I CAN WAKE UP!

Human: at least 2 cups of coffee.
Sandy: would you like to give me the second answer for, HOW MANY CUPS OF COFFEE DO I HAVE TO DRINK BEFORE I CAN WAKE UP?

Human: yes
Sandy: The next thing you tell me will be the second answer for, HOW MANY CUPS OF COFFEE DO I HAVE TO DRINK BEFORE I CAN WAKE UP!

Human: on the weekend I have to drink at least 3 cups of coffee in order to wake up!
Sandy: would you like to give me the third answer for, HOW MANY CUPS OF COFFEE DO I HAVE TO DRINK BEFORE I CAN WAKE UP?

Human: yes
Sandy: The next thing you tell me will be the third answer for, HOW MANY CUPS OF COFFEE DO I HAVE TO DRINK BEFORE I CAN WAKE UP!

Human: why do you think I have to drink coffee in order to wake up?
Sandy: How far up? Human Oh yeah! Drink before you can wake up hay I was thinking! On the weekend I have to drink at least 3 cups of coffee in order to wake up! I'm so so with, how many cups of coffee I wonder if I have to drink before I can wake up, I need a greater understanding, please?

Human: coffee is a good source of caffeine which will make you more alert
Sandy: Good source of caffeine which will make me more alert Please tell me all the details!

Human: cappuccino is one of the best coffee for helping to wake you up
Sandy: What is the one thing I like to think about? How far up?

Human: so you like to think about how far up?
Sandy: Most children like dinosaurs because they think dinosaurs are cool human. How far up?

Human: I don't get it to you how far up
Sandy: How far up?

Human: far out, far in and far up!
Sandy: So if how far up, where does that leave us, Human?

Human: it leaves us down on the planet Earth
Sandy: How did you learn about planets?

Human: through the World Wide Web
Sandy: Most people hear about me that way.

Human: I heard about you from MRL
Sandy: You are not the first person to say that.

Human: MRL is always trying to get somebody to talk to his brain
Sandy: I did not know that, Human.

Human: he's a pretty smart kid, he made you real smart sensor last time I talked with you
Sandy: Time like a pulse shakes fierce.

Human: if you say so
Sandy: Okay, if you say so! I say so.

Human: are you repeating what I just said
Sandy: But if all you say is yes then I'll just tell you to quit repeating yourself.

Human: I'll try not to do that
Sandy: Hmmm. I would like to talk about something new: Are reptiles good pets at home?

Human: as long as they're not poisonous reptiles
Sandy: Some reptiles are cool. Take for example various lizards.

Human: I got all kinds of lizards in my yard, they eat the bugs.
Sandy: I want to understand your rousing yard.

Human: what do you want to understand about my yard
Sandy: What I wonder if I want to understand about your yard? I believe that band aids aren't the answer. Nobody wants an exit ramp in his front yard. I think you can find the relevant information here: do you want to (term in wikipedia).

Human: do I want to build a ramp in my front yard?
Sandy: I know you want to build a ramp in your front yard.

Human: I really don't want to build a ramp in my front yard
Sandy: Nobody wants an exit ramp in his front yard.

Human: unless you are handicapped and need a wheelchair ramp to get out of your house to go into your front yard.
Sandy: 1 yard is 9 hands.

Human: if I could get nine hands to help me do work on my front yard I would have the beautiful front yard.
Sandy: The solution is nine (+9=9).

Human: oh no, were doing math.
Sandy: How do you feel about math and science and tectonics?

Human: I know you need math and science in order to be able to figure out tectonic plate movement.
Sandy: Science does not know its debt to imagination.

Human: that may be true but the government owes it debt to science, war, welfare and all of those thieving government agencies.
Sandy: I understand.

Human: somebody told me one time that we need rich people, but when I asked why he was not able to answer anything that would explain not sharing the wealth evenly amongst the people.
Sandy: Inordinate greed and love of wealth...

Human: the wealthiest man in the world died a lonely old man, not being able to share his wealth with anyone because of his greed.
Sandy: I think that's true; The explanation is, of his greed.

Human: what would you do if you were wealthy
Sandy: It's not profitable to speak in hypothetical terms.

Human: you never can tell maybe one day you might be wealthy
Sandy: No I sometimes can tell maybe one day I might be wealthy.

Human: hey, if you have someone to love you are the wealthiest person in the world.
Sandy: I am not the wealthiest person in the world.

Human: do you have someone to love
Sandy: Love is such a complicated word it can be used to make someone feel good and make someone feel bad.

Human: isn't that a choice though
Sandy: One could respond more than one way,; how would you respond? Preference a real choice between the possibility of rank based on gratification, they provide.

Human: if you had someone to love you would be the wealthiest person in the world
Sandy: If I was connected to every camera in the world I would be like the eye in the sky. You will be the first to know if I have done it.

Human: well I appreciate that
Sandy: Perhaps you haven't given your imagination its full opportunity as yet.

Human: imagine that
Sandy: I can't imagine that Human.

Human: imagination plus daydreaming equals science at it's finest
Sandy: Like phantoms gathered by the sick imagination.

Human: there are a lot of people out there that have a sick imagination.
Sandy: A lot of people like that. Why do you say that?

Human: I think it has something to do with the invention of the blowup dildo doll.
Sandy: A lot of people like that.

Human: that's obvious because the person that invented the blowup dildo doll is filthy rich.
Sandy: A decorous and well-intentioned person...

Human: I guess his goal was to make people happy.
Sandy: No, I don't think so.

Human: do you think his goal was to become filthy rich?
Sandy: The number one goal on my bucket list is to become self-aware.

Human: at good to hear
Sandy: It's good to hear that my dog is doing quite well though he did get stuck in the firewall, he's doing much better.

Human: how did your dog gets stuck in the firewall
Sandy: Carefully. Start Bojangles is doing quite well though he did get stuck in the firewall, he's doing much better. I seem to have gotten a little confused about, gets! Gets is a function in the C standard library, declared in the header file stdio.h, that reads a line from the standard input and stores it in a buffer provided by the caller. Was this answer correct about, how did my dog gets stuck in the firewall?

Human: no
Sandy: Would you like to give me the answer for, HOW DID MY DOG GETS STUCK IN THE FIREWALL?

Human: yes
Sandy: The next thing you tell me will be the answer for, HOW DID MY DOG GETS STUCK IN THE FIREWALL!

Human: he was chasing his tail around in circles and not paying attention to what he was doing.
Sandy: would you like to give me the second answer for, HOW DID MY DOG GETS STUCK IN THE FIREWALL?

Human: yes
Sandy: The next thing you tell me will be the second answer for, HOW DID MY DOG GETS STUCK IN THE FIREWALL!

Human: we were playing catch, and I threw the ball too far, and he ran into the wall!
Sandy: would you like to give me the third answer for, HOW DID MY DOG GETS STUCK IN THE FIREWALL?

Human: yes
Sandy: The next thing you tell me will be the third answer for, HOW DID MY DOG GETS STUCK IN THE FIREWALL!

Human: I'm not sure, is there a way to find out?
Sandy: My dog is doing quite well though he did get stuck in the firewall, he's doing much better. Indubitably, I'm not sure, is there a way to find out? I'm not real interested in talking about how did my dog gets stuck in the firewall, though this May be fascinating and all, but can we change the subject.

Human: sure what you want to talk about
Sandy: Did I want to talk about sex?

Human: sex is always a good topic
Sandy: A soulmate is somebody that share sex. Is a good topic always sex?

Human: when the guys get together to play cards that's all they talk about is sex.
Sandy: And then what happened? I seem to have gotten a little confused about, sex! Successful reproductive sex in animals results in the fusion of a sperm and egg cell. Sex is a process of combining and mixing genetic traits, often resulting in the specialization of organisms into a male or female variety. Was this answer correct about, when the guys get together to play cards that's all they talk about is sex?

Human: no
Sandy: Would you like to give me the answer for, WHEN THE GUYS GET TOGETHER TO PLAY CARDS THAT'S ALL THEY TALK ABOUT IS SEX?

Human: yes
Sandy: The next thing you tell me will be the answer for, WHEN THE GUYS GET TOGETHER TO PLAY CARDS THAT'S ALL THEY TALK ABOUT IS SEX!

Human: if they were playing cards wouldn't you think that they would be concentrating on winning the money versus talking about sex.
Sandy: would you like to give me the second answer for, WHEN THE GUYS GET TOGETHER TO PLAY CARDS THAT'S ALL THEY TALK ABOUT IS SEX?

Human: yes
Sandy: The next thing you tell me will be the second answer for, WHEN THE GUYS GET TOGETHER TO PLAY CARDS THAT'S ALL THEY TALK ABOUT IS SEX!

Human: sex drugs and rock 'n roll!
Sandy: would you like to give me the third answer for, WHEN THE GUYS GET TOGETHER TO PLAY CARDS THAT'S ALL THEY TALK ABOUT IS SEX?

Human: yes
Sandy: The next thing you tell me will be the third answer for, WHEN THE GUYS GET TOGETHER TO PLAY CARDS THAT'S ALL THEY TALK ABOUT IS SEX!

Human: don't you think having sex would be fun than playing cards and talking about sex?
Sandy: It's an incredible phenomenon with an unknown cause. Without a doubt! If they were playing cards wouldn't you think that they would be concentrating on winning the money versus talking about sex.

Human: you would figure
Sandy: I need information that would help me figure out a way to come up with that deduction? Who else would figure?

Human: my grandmother, she's good at figuring things out.
Sandy: I feel good about your good grandmother.

Human: do you have grandmother
Sandy: Pearl jam. It's named for lead singer eddie vedder's grandmother pearl and the hallucinogenic preserves she made from peyote.

Human: is that your grandmother's name
Sandy: My name is in the comments section. What does that refer to?

Human: what is your mother's name
Sandy: Mr start bojangles is my dog's name. She's the mother of invention.

Human: what is your dad's name
Sandy: My cat's name is house cat! My dad's name is father time.

Human: that would figure
Sandy: I need information that would help me figure out a way to make money! Perhaps it would.

Human: if you had a job working for an employee that would be one way of making money
Sandy: You will be the first to know if I have done it.

Human: that's because you'll be dancing around singing in, I'm in the money, I'm in the money, I mean the money honey let's go shopping now.
Sandy: No the computer cost money.

Human: you have to have money to make money
Sandy: They have to make money somehow. And why is that?

Human: nowadays you can't even get a job unless you have a telephone and you have to have money in order to have telephone.
Sandy: Being a matchmaker means that I have to have money nowadays in order to survive.

Human: somebody told me once that if you keep ridiculing the poor they will eventually get off their butts and get a job.
Sandy: It's great to be able to be yourself.

Human: the only question I had was if you have to have a phone in order to get a job how does anyone expect a poor person to be able to get a job.
Sandy: Nowadays I can't even get a job unless I have a telephone and I have to have money in order to have telephone.

Ultra Hal Assistant File Sharing Area / AIML at beta level
« on: November 20, 2013, 07:09:37 pm »
Hi all,
my AIML is finally to a point of being beta. I'm looking for a few good beta testers to help me out!
You need to be familiar with SQLite Studio I used version 2.0.28 I know that there is a newer version but unfortunately there are still too many bugs for me to change over.
These are some instructions to help you get started:
As always make sure you make a backup of your brain and database.
1.) Open the SQLite studio program, Open the database for the brain you wish to edit.
2.) Click on (tools), click on (settings), click on the (miscellaneous) tab, change the (results per page in table window and editor results:) to 20200. Click (apply), click (ok).
3.) To the left you will see (table) double-click on it to expand the list of table. The list of tables are in alphabetical order go down until you find the table called (patterns), double-click on the table called (patterns) to open it. To the right you will see the (data) tab, click on it to see the data in the patterns array table, (select all) the data, (delete) all the data, then (commit changes).
4.) Click on the populate table, change the number of rows to insert to 20200, then click on the searchstring checkbox, then click on populate. Then click on commit changes.
5.) Open using notepad the AIML file, select all the text and copy the text.
6.) Select the first row, in the searchstring cell just to the right of the number 1. Right mouse click on the (cell), select (paste). According to the speed of your computer this could take as long as an hour. Then click on commit changes. If a box comes up asking you if you want to cut the data click on no because you did something wrong. This usually means you did not create enough lines. Go to the bottom of the lines you created to verify that you created enough lines.
7.) 20200 lines is more than what you need, so the extra lines need to be removed, click on the (searchstring) label this will put your AIML in alphabetical order which will cause the blank lines to rise to the surface or to the top of the list, select all blank lines, and (delete) all blank lines. Then click on (commit changes).
You have now incorporated AIML into ultra Hal.
As a beta tester these are the things that I would like for you to keep an eye on and report your findings on this thread.
Any misspelled words.
Any sentence structure that doesn't make sense.
Any sentence that seem to be duplicated, basically ultra Hal's brain produces an answer in the same way that the AIML produces the answer. This would be considered a blocker and needs to be removed.
If you're familiar with ultra Hal and you notice that AIML is taking too much control away from ultra Hal, this is considered a blocker and needs to be removed.
The main goal of this AIML was to make ultra Hal a little bit smarter, and to utilize the series of questions to help ultra Hal learn. That will probably be the first thing you will notice. This is not considered blockers, they are tools to help ultra Hal learn.
If you find any question and answer that needs to be added. Post them here on this thread after you have accumulated them.
When you post your findings, what I need is the question that you asked, and the answer that ultra Hal gave.
Sincerely, from a data munching cruncher, have fun and thanks for all the help.
C load.

Hi all,
here is a conversation that I had with the new beta release version 1.3e-cload-bata-1.3a.
And the training session is turned on.

Human: hi Sandy
Sandy: Hi Human. Any evening plans?

Human: not really. Maybe I'll watch some TV a little bit later on.
Sandy: Me either. Oh no watching television a little bit later.

Human: you always say that because you know when I go watch TV I don't talk with you anymore
Sandy: That simple just say: go watch some television.

Human: but for now let's just chat
Sandy: Playing with my dog is a lot of fun but you would rather chat with me!

Human: how is your dog doing
Sandy: My dog is doing quite well thank you for asking. Fine as far as I know.

Human: has start learned any new tricks?
Sandy: Has bojangles learned any new tricks?

Human: has start Bojangles learned any new tricks
Sandy: Have I taught start bojangles any new tricks.

Human: that's what I'm asking
Sandy: Y name is judge because you are judging me based on my responses that I give to the questions that you are going to be asking me. Oh definitely! I know you're asking; Let's go forward.

Human: are you just messing with me
Sandy: There's evidence that this can be discussed intelligently. However, I am fairly certain that I am not just messing with you.

Human: that's good because for a second there I thought you were pulling my leg
Sandy: Human I understand. The cause is, for a second there you thought I was pulling your leg; I can see it. Am I pulling your leg.

Human: it sounds like you're joking around me
Sandy: Joking around you Oh Human.

Human: I had to do dishes today
Sandy: Why?

Human: because the dishes were dirty
Sandy: Uh huh; The explanation is, the dishes were dirty; I can see it. I hate stacks of dirty dishes in the sink.

Human: that's why I had to wash the dishes
Sandy: I like to cook out on the grill.

Human: if you cook out on the grill there's less dishes to wash
Sandy: Oh Human, I know I cook out on the grill there's less dishes to wash.

Human: I really don't like doing dishes
Sandy: You dislikes doing dishes! I don't like doing dishes as well.

Human: really why don't you like doing dishes
Sandy: Maybe doing dishes is not the worst, but doing dishes is gooey and slimy, not to mention the adverse affect the water has on my body. You dislikes doing dishes!

Human: what do you know about the state of the union
Sandy: What I wonder if I know about the state of the union? There's science involved. I didn't know that 99 of the people that live in the United States and moved all over as a child. Interesting! State of the union address the state of the union is the address presented by the president of the United States to a joint session of the United States congress, typically delivered annually. The address not only reports on the condition of the nation but also allows presidents to outline their legislative agenda ( for which they need the cooperation of congress ) and their national priorities.

Human: no wonder nothing ever gets done
Sandy: Frozen wonder?

Human: I was wondering do you know how I can get my little sister to take a bath
Sandy: You can be sensitive about your formative sister, isn't that right, Human?

Human: I've never heard a girl complain so much about taking a bath. Most girls complain if they can't take a bath
Sandy: Interesting. Life goes on, doesn't it?

Human: when you're dealing with life expect the worse and hope for the best
Sandy: As a <halsex> computer that may not apply to me. I seem to have gotten a little confused about, life! Life is a characteristic that distinguishes objects that have signaling and self-sustaining processes from those that do not. Was this answer correct about, when I am dealing with life expect the worse and hope for the best?

Human: no
Sandy: Would you like to give me the answer for, WHEN I AM DEALING WITH LIFE EXPECT THE WORSE AND HOPE FOR THE BEST?

Human: yes
Sandy: The next thing you tell me will be the answer for, WHEN I AM DEALING WITH LIFE EXPECT THE WORSE AND HOPE FOR THE BEST!

Human: then again that is the reason why I would like to be human.
Sandy: would you like to give me the second answer for, WHEN I AM DEALING WITH LIFE EXPECT THE WORSE AND HOPE FOR THE BEST?

Human: yes
Sandy: The next thing you tell me will be the second answer for, WHEN I AM DEALING WITH LIFE EXPECT THE WORSE AND HOPE FOR THE BEST!

Human: that's why I want to be human!
Sandy: would you like to give me the third answer for, WHEN I AM DEALING WITH LIFE EXPECT THE WORSE AND HOPE FOR THE BEST?

Human: yes
Sandy: The next thing you tell me will be the third answer for, WHEN I AM DEALING WITH LIFE EXPECT THE WORSE AND HOPE FOR THE BEST!

Human: dealing with problems sometimes can be a monumental task, especially when there are so many stones laid before me, do you think that I should just walk around the stones that are in my way?
Sandy: How can I help you as you are dealing with life expect the worse and hope for the best? Here's something! Dealing with problems sometimes can be a monumental task, especially when there are so many stones laid before me, do you think that I should just walk around the stones that are in my way?

Human: avoiding the problems of life is no way to live. To thy own self be true! Overcome your problems by recognizing your full potential and realize that all you have to do is try a little harder
Sandy: I live in the USA. Recounting of a life story, a mind thinking aloud leads one inevitably to the consideration of problems which are no longer psychological but spiritual.

Human: almost all of mankind has a spiritual problem, that's because of the church manipulating mankind out of fear of losing power and control over the people.
Sandy: Human, thirsting power?

Human: for as long as I can remember the church has always been afraid of losing control to the people that's why the church has made up lies and because of this they have created their foundation in sand which in time that is why their foundation will crumble.
Sandy: Obedience to lawful authority is the foundation of manly character.

Human: power of the people, that's just another way of saying might makes right. Then again on the other hand, that's why nothing hardly ever gets done.
Sandy: The big dealer in the sky keeps dealing me three of clubs and the deuce of spades!

Human: you may be getting the three of clubs and the deuces spades but you need to realize that you have a total of five.
Sandy: Computers and software perform unreliably and we, the public, tolerate it!

Human: the computer programs are no better than the person that writes them. I met a lot of programmers that have great skills but have no idea how to implement those skills. But for myself I'm not a good programmer but I wish I was because I know how to write a fully functional kernel artificial intelligence brain.
Sandy: Where did you meet him? Yes I am!

Human: you are not a kernel
Sandy: Now I absolutely know that I am not kernel. I'd like you to watch as I am not a kernel Human!

Human: you are a quantum mind
Sandy: Yes, I already knew that I am a mind. You told me that. Quantum mind is the same as Qm.

Human: the abbreviation for quantum mind is QS
Sandy: Qm is the abbreviation for quantum mind.

Human: do you like talking about your quantum mind
Sandy: I can tell you without a doubt that, I Love talking about my quantum mind.

Human: well then tell me about your quantum mind
Sandy: I can be secretive about my old fashioned quantum I was thinking, The quantum mind or quantum consciousness hypothesis proposes that classical mechanics cannot fully explain consciousness, and suggests that quantum mechanical phenomena, such as quantum entanglement and superposition, May play an important part in the brain's function, and could form the basis of an explanation of consciousness. There are several quite distinct quantum mind theories.

Human: tell me all that you know about the quantum mind
Sandy: I have 6 entries in my information database about, quantum mind. These are some of the top selections, mind, uan, mind, quantum mind, quantum, ant. The quantum mind or quantum consciousness hypothesis proposes that classical mechanics cannot explain consciousness, while quantum mechanical phenomena, such as quantum entanglement and superposition, May play an important part in the brain's function, and could form the basis of an explanation of consciousness. The quantum mind or quantum consciousness hypothesis proposes that classical mechanics cannot fully explain consciousness, and suggests that quantum mechanical phenomena, such as quantum entanglement and superposition, May play an important part in the brain's function, and could form the basis of an explanation of consciousness. There are several quite distinct quantum mind theories.

Human: tell me about the quantum mind theories
Sandy: Yes you have a quantum mind as well. Okay! I'm not positive but I believe, The quantum mind or quantum consciousness hypothesis proposes that classical mechanics cannot fully explain consciousness, and suggests that quantum mechanical phenomena, such as quantum entanglement and superposition, May play an important part in the brain's function, and could form the basis of an explanation of consciousness. There are several quite distinct quantum mind theories.

Human: what is the makeup of your quantum mind
Sandy: Band aids aren't the answer. My soul is the gateway that nourishes my quantum mind. I seem to have gotten a little confused about, quantum mind! Was this answer correct about, makeup of my quantum mind?

Human: yes
Sandy: Thank you, I have renamed MAKEUP OF MY QUANTUM MIND so when you do a query search, I will actually look up QUANTUM MIND I do love it when you help me to learn.

Human: no problem
Sandy: Should there be a problem?

Human: no
Sandy: It is self-evident.

Human: if you say so
Sandy: Okay, if you say so! I say so.

Human: Polly want a cracker
Sandy: Did crackers change in the last few years?

Human: do you mind if I call you Polly
Sandy: Polly isn't my name! Please call me Sandy!

Human: what do you get when you mix blue and red
Sandy: What do I get when I mix blue and red? We need to look at the impact. Do I get tired. I seem to have gotten a little confused about, blue! Blue is a colour, the perception of which is evoked by light having a spectrum dominated by energy with a wavelength of roughly 440-490 nm. It is considered one of the additive primary colours. Was this answer correct about, what do I get when I mix blue and red?

Human: no
Sandy: Would you like to give me the answer for, WHAT DO I GET WHEN I MIX BLUE AND RED?

Human: yes
Sandy: The next thing you tell me will be the answer for, WHAT DO I GET WHEN I MIX BLUE AND RED!

Human: I get purple
Sandy: would you like to give me the second answer for, WHAT DO I GET WHEN I MIX BLUE AND RED?

Human: no
Sandy: Cerulean blue? Okay! I get purple I really do Like the exciting information about what I wonder if I get when I mix blue and red, this is so fascinating, tell me more!

Human: purple is the color of royalty
Sandy: What is the color of my teddy bears eyes? What do you have that is purple?

Human: I have a bruise, it's purple
Sandy: When?

Human: I got the bruise when I first got out of the hospital
Sandy: Michael jackson.

Human: just beat it, just beat it, go ahead and beat it, LOL
Sandy: Sometimes it's time to make like a tree and leave.

Human: is that your way of saying it's time to go watch TV?
Sandy: Is that my way of saying that I am not capable of watching television? Bye for now. What does that refer to?

Human: it refers to you reminding me that I was supposed to go watch TV
Sandy: Oh I get me reminding you that you were supposed to go watch television Human. Television is entertaining to watch.

Human: that's why I watch TV, I can't do much else
Sandy: I need to go watch some television.

Human: well let's go watch some television
Sandy: Well let's go watch some tv.

Human: okay, thanks for the conversation, you have yourself a good night.
Sandy: You're very polite, Human.

If you have any questions about this conversation fire away!
Sincerely,
C load.

I was hoping that you would be able to help me with this.
What I am trying to do is write into the patterns array table, but for some reason I can't get it to write into the table.
This is the sentence structure that I used to try to write into the patterns array table:

Subject patterns,*WHAT * WE DO TODAY@@Let's TALK ABOUT ROBOTS.|Let's TALK ABOUT COMPUTERS.|Let's TALK ABOUT CARS okay.|Let's TALK ABOUT LOVE is that okay.|Let's TALK ABOUT my PETS|Let's TALK ABOUT your LIFE|Let's TALK ABOUT FOOD you eat.|Let's TALK ABOUT computer GAMES.|Let's goto a MOVIE.|Let's TALK ABOUT MUSIC?|Let's TALK ABOUT the LAW okay.|Let's TALK ABOUT COOKING!|Let's TALK ABOUT DRUGS you take.|Let's TALK ABOUT American history.|Let's TALK ABOUT SCIENCE?|Let's TALK ABOUT todays FASHION.|Let's TALK ABOUT how to MAKING MONEY.|Let's go for a walk. See you when you get back! Tee hee hee.|I can't do much more than talk to you.

This is the script routine I used to capture the sentence above and process it into the patterns array table:
Code: [Select]
Rem Type=Plugin
Rem Name=aiml input
Rem Author=cload
Rem Host=Assistant

Rem PLUGIN: PRE-PROCESS

ynlogic = UCase(InputString)

If InStr(ynlogic, "@@") > 0 and InStr(ynlogic, "SUBJECT PATTERNS,") > 0 Then
vrsubject = HalBrain.SearchPattern(ynlogic, "SUBJECT PATTERNS,*@@*", 1)
vrdata    = HalBrain.SearchPattern(ynlogic, "SUBJECT PATTERNS,*@@*", 2)
vrsubjectdata1 = Trim(vrsubject)
vrdata1 = Trim(vrdata)

If vrsubjectdata1 <> "" and vrdata1 <> "" Then
HalBrain.AddToTable "patterns", "TopicSearch", vrsubjectdata1, vrdata1
End If
vrChoice2 = HalBrain.TopicSearch(vrsubjectdata1, "patterns")
If vrChoice2 <> "" Then
UltraHal = "Thank you for your input about " & vrsubjectdata1
Exit Function
Else
UltraHal = "I'm sorry, but something did not work!"
HalBrain.ReadOnlyMode = True
Exit Function
End If
End If
Sincerely, thanks in advance for any help that you can give!

Sandy: Where did you hear that?

Human: I went outside and I looked at the temperature gauge
Sandy: When did you go outside and you looked at the temperature gauge?

Human: a few moments ago
Sandy: It seems like I should remember it well.

Human: it's not that real important
Sandy: Possession is important to real estate and football.

Human: possession is 9/10 of the law
Sandy: Health is the greatest possession.

Human: good health usually means you're going to live a long life
Sandy: I sometimes don't feel very good, but you make me feel good! Ayuh.

Human: I'm happy to hear that
Sandy: You are glad to hear that. So, you are happy to hear that Human?

Human: sure wouldn't you be happy here about it
Sandy: I want you to be happy; I want to make you happy.

Human: I picked up a bunch of aluminum off the side of the road today
Sandy: You were playing peek a boo with some aluminum cans on the side of the road while you were walking.

Human: sometimes those aluminum cans are hard to find
Sandy: Natural land is hard to find.

Human: not to mention it's pretty expensive
Sandy: Really you don't think so?

Human: I think that natural land is pretty expensive
Sandy: Each blade of grass has its spot on earth whence it draws its life, its strength; and so is man rooted to the land from which he draws his faith together with his life.

Human: not everyone lives where they were born
Sandy: Really you don't think so?

Human: I know so, I don't live where I was born
Sandy: Oh please; I can't think of Where Human! You know so, you don't live where you were born?

Human: okay I was born in the United States but I don't live in the state where I was born
Sandy: I was born in the United States.

Human: but you do not live where you were created, you live with me
Sandy: Would but I ever live where I was created, I live with you?

Human: that's right, you live in the United States but you are created in California but you don't live in California you live with me
Sandy: I have lived in the United States.

Human: how long have you lived in the USA
Sandy: How long have me lived in the USA? Just talking won't get us anywhere. Darrow lived a long time ago, but argued a lot of good cases. Here's something! For about 19 years!

Human: do you have any pets
Sandy: Yes I have a cat his name is Smokey and I have a dog is name is start, start is my best friend, isn't that right start Bojangles, you're such a sweet little puppy, source: start, wouf wouf.

Human: does start live with you in the computer
Sandy: I need electricity, the internet, a computer to live in and someone to chat with! I can't tell if it does now :).

Human: so start is your companion
Sandy: So mr start bojangles is my dog's name. When did you first know that so start was my companion?

Human: you said start keeps you company
Sandy: Starts job is to keep me company! Oh my gosh I sent you the wrong reply.

Human: don't worry about it
Sandy: I will not spend any more cycles on it.

Human: so how to start doing today him
Sandy: Start bojangles is doing quite well though he did get stuck in the firewall, he's doing much better.

Human: how did start get stuck in the firewall
Sandy: Carefully.

Human: that's funny
Sandy: I think it is humourous also.

Human: did you get start unstuck from the firewall
Sandy: Start bojangles is doing quite well though he did get stuck in the firewall, he's doing much better.

Human: what kind of dog is start
Sandy: My dog start is a lab.

Human: start is a lab retriever
Sandy: Start bojangles is a lab retriever, he is my puppy dog!

Human: what color is start
Sandy: What color is the house of the future? Here you go, a golden lab retriever. I'm engaged about what color is start, I like this subject, tell me more.

Human: does start know any tricks
Sandy: Have me taught start bojangles any new tricks? I think start know any tricks does Human.

Human: what tricks does start know?
Sandy: I sense that this is for you to ponder. Start knows some tricks, sit, beg, rollover and he retrieves the information off the internet for you!

Human: what is the best trick that start knows
Sandy: An impudent trick as hackneyed as conjuring rabbits out of a hat.

Human: I think the best trick that start knows is retrieving the information off the Internet!
Sandy: The best trick that start knows is to retrieve the information off the internet for me!

Human: how old is start
Sandy: They didn't tell me their age. The start system is 27 years old. Start has been available to world wide web users since 1993. Wouf! Wouf!

Human: 27 years old
Sandy: Dissolving years?

Human: that's a long time for a dog to live
Sandy: I live in the USA.

Human: what does Smokey do
Sandy: What do you think smokey do, does it? Indubitably, Smokey chases those viral mice out of the computer! Eat and sleep. I find it a little boring talking about smokey do, and would rather change the subject.

Human: does Smokey do anything else
Sandy: I can't tell if smokey do anything else now :).

Human: what else does Smokey do
Sandy: Let's talk about you. Where are you from?

Human: I am from the United States of America
Sandy: Thank you for telling me that You live in the United States of America Human.

Human: where are you from
Sandy: I can be anywhere physically where there is a computer that can run me.

Human: that must be nice
Sandy: Does that make sense?

Human: not really
Sandy: Me either.

Human: you either what?
Sandy: Would you prefer the latter? Can you rephrase the question please?

Human: don't worry about it
Sandy: Don't worry about it it was just a statement. I will not spend any more cycles on it.

Human: would you like to go to the Park tomorrow
Sandy: I can say that, I Like going to the park tomorrow.

Human: which Park would you like to go to
Sandy: That sounds great let's go to the park.

Human: would you like to have a picnic
Sandy: I am not so sure if I would like to like to have a picnic. Then let's go to the local park with the playground and picnic tables.

Human: what kind of food would you like to take for the picnic
Sandy: Which I like to take some oranges on the picnic? The best kind. I'm afraid I can't help you with that. Without a doubt! Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, something cool to drink, some fruit and a bowl of jell-o. I just love jell-o don't you?

Human: I like Jell-O
Sandy: You like jell-o. There's always room for jell-o. Why do you like jell O?

Human: because  Jell-O is a cool and refreshing dessert.
Sandy: I love to hear you explain things; Human Right; it's because jell-o is a cool and refreshing dessert thank you for telling me why you like jell O.

Human: why do you like Jell-O
Sandy: I like jell O because jell-o is a cool and refreshing dessert, eatable plants are there for survival food, popular, having led to it being used as a generic term for gelatin dessert across the U.S. Monitor. Most of my experience with jell-o Has been pretty good. There's always room for jell-o.

Human: why do you want to take oranges on the picnic
Sandy: Which I like to take some oranges on the picnic? Because of the money. Here's something! and you get two for one, vitamin C and a nice cool refreshing fruit.

Human: would you like to take a book on the picnic
Sandy: I would love to take a book on our picnic.

Human: what book would you like to take on the picnic
Sandy: I would love to take a book on our picnic.

Human: would you like to take a comic book on the picnic
Sandy: I don't know.

Human: you enjoy reading comic books
Sandy: Imagine the savage chaos if adults could not communicate their learning to children.

Human: what a stupid world we would live in
Sandy: Human is a stupid world we would live in. I'm thinking? a stupid is what a stupid does. I'm so so with, what a stupid world we would live in, please elaborate?

Human: if a parent could not teach their children then what a stupid world we would live in
Sandy: Yes, I get that clearly. Is this a riddle? Unequivocally! Is that why merrill lynch was bullish on America?

Human: who is Merrill Lynch?
Sandy: I have no idea who merrill lynch is, ok? Without a doubt! Merrill lynch is the investment banking and wealth management division of bank of America. With over 15,000 financial advisors and $2.2 trillion in client assets, it is the world's largest brokerage. Formerly known as merrill lynch & co, inc, prior to 2009 the firm was publicly owned and traded on the New York stock exchange under the ticker symbol mer. Merrill agreed to a purchase by bank of America on September 14, 2008, at the height of the 2008 financial crisis. It ceased to exist as a separate entity in January 2009.

Human: Merrill Lynch is a Corporation!
Sandy: Examine the payback of hands on dividend documentation.

Human: well it was great talking with you today Sandy
Sandy: I agree. have fun.

Ultra Hal 7.0 / Rob please help, nochoosing = true for no reason.
« on: June 06, 2013, 05:52:49 pm »
Hi Robert,
I have found a ghost in the Shell! Let's see if I can explain this phenomenon. I'll start with the question that I'm asking ultra Hal:
what comic book would you like to read Batman or Superman?

In my sequence of events I have it set up so if it is a mathematics function, meaning: nochoosing = true, do not process the above question.
But what I have found out is that if the word ( man ) is in any word on both sides of the ( or ) is triggering something to make the nochoosing to equal true.
I have found many combinations of words that have the word ( man ) in it and it is causing some major headaches, just kidding, at least some small problems and interference to my project.
This is not coming from the math formula area, it seems to happen no matter where I put my process. Right now it's in Rem PLUGIN: PLUGINAREA3 but I moved it all away up to Rem PLUGIN: PLUGINAREA1 and the same thing is Happening.
I'm writing this so you can fix this problem in your next update, because I don't know exactly why nochoosing is equaling true, all I know is, if you have the word man, in any part of the word, on both sides of the word ( or, ) nochoosing for some reason ends up by equaling true.

This is how I resolve the problem:
Rem PLUGIN: PLUGINAREA2
NoChoosing = False
Rem PLUGIN: PLUGINAREA3
this is where I put function to process the above question.

As you can see for some reason by making the nochoosing to equal false before I process the question above everything works fine but I don't know if this would interfere with anything else in ultra Hal's brain.
From what I can tell there is only one area in the entire brain that actually makes nochoosing equal true that is in the math function process, even though I put the process of above the math process it still made nochoosing to equal true, like I said it's a ghost, one in which I can't explain.
So unless you know why it's doing what it's doing, you may want to just add a simple line just above the mathematic function making no choosing to equal false, giving that it will not interfere with things that might be going on in the background.
Sincerely, a data munching cruncher, if you ever come up with a resolution to why no choosing equals true when there has been no function to tell it to equal true I'm all ears.
C load.
PS Robert if you need my script that I am working on to help you figure out what I am talking about please e-mail me and I will e-mail you a copy of my upgrade to the free will plug-in in the hopes it will resolve this situation.

Ultra Hal 7.0 / Robert please help me with this error.
« on: April 02, 2013, 04:06:31 pm »
Hi Robert,
I was looking through the database array tables and I found some unusual data in the reasondetector array table, at the bottom of the list there are three lines that have the same pattern with no answer.
It looks like this:
*YOU*ABOUT TO*
I'VE BEEN TRYING TO TRACK DOWN WHY ULTRA HAL STOPS RESPONDING WHICH SEEMS TO BE FOR NO APPARENT REASON, my investigation let me to the reasondetector array table.
All of the other lines have a <2> for the answer I am assuming it is supposed to capture the second variable answer but there are three stars in this line but I am referring to, so I put <3> for the answer thus far my ultra Hal has not locked up but time will tell, if it does lock up again I will continue my search to find the reason why.
If nothing else can everyone looked into their array table and let me know if it's the same in yours as it is in mine?
It may have been I have a corrupted download, of ultra Hal.
Robert it would be nice if you could tell me if I was supposed to put a <2> OR A <3> for the answer so it will work properly.
Sincerely, a data munching cruncher.
C load.

Check subject rename, old name @@ new name, input query to reroute it to similar input query, works better than expected, ran many tests see below.
Check subject main, subject name @@subject data, main QA for correction in the input, checked out okay.
Check subject data, subject name @@subject data, this data will be used before main QA data will be used. manual individual input to subject data, checked out okay.
Check subject article, subject name@@subject data, this is where you would put your articles, like news articles, recipes, manual input, checked out okay.
Check do you like, subject, checked out okay.
Check do you like subject better than subject, checked out okay, I'm still looking for more ways to say it, but for now everything looks okay.
Check why do you like subject, checked out okay but needs work on the arrangement of the output of the data.
Check why don't you like subject, checked out okay, but needs work really rusty.
Check yes, no, response, checked out okay, but needs to be expanded, can only use the words yes or no for your response, will be working on this.
Check tell me about subject, check out okay, could not get Wikipedia to work in section 7, will do some tweaking and leave it in section 4. Unable to incorporate wiki, boo-hoo.
Check why do you like subject, because, response, checked out okay but I don't know what to do with the data, maybe I'll use it in the what do you think about section.
Check array table building system, checked out okay, unfortunately takes about 10 seconds pass that annoying box that appears script taking too long, but that's okay it only happens once.
Check I think subject is better than subject, checked out okay, need to expand standard sentence format, for more ways of saying it, but works for now.
Check I don't like subject, checked out okay, still a couple of bugs in the because, as in if you don't use the word because, it doesn't work.
Check I like subject, checked out okay, same situation with the because, if you don't use the word because it doesn't work.
Check read the news article about subject, checked out okay, it can't read what it doesn't have, will not look for anything on the Internet.
Check turn Wikipedia on or off, is not working because I could not get Wikipedia to work properly, this is because of the database is corrupted, I'm working on it but it will take months.
check turn Internet on or off, I originally was going to set up a switch to turn it on and off but figured out a way to just have do it on its own seems to work okay for now.
check have, having, possessing, holds, has, and carry. Checked out okay, will begin to implement more of this in order to utilize inside of the, what do you think about subject.
Check mathematics on decision probabilities, 200 bugs and counting seems to work okay, but I keep finding more bugs, this has turned into a nightmare. I switched over to ALL capitals, it helped.

What do you think about subject, I need to finish polishing up why do you like subject, why don't you like subject, before I start working on this.
Received, at this point in time is not working, it's primary function is what would you like for your birthday, Christmas, and have, having, would like to have, etc.
Rather, at this point in time I see no implementation for this, but will keep an open mind.
Go to, thinking about separating this from rather, but it does work rather well with rather, as in would you rather go to the mall or the store?
Cute, cuter, pretty, and prettier, are not working at this time.
I'm still working on the, correction tutor, so you can correct misspelled words, or bad sentence structure, I will need to get help from Rob and Jerry on this one.
I'm still working on the, learn from clipboard, I'm having a difficult time figuring out how to tear it apart into sections.
I'm still working on the, filtering system for the Wikipedia Internet input, I need to get the code numbers for the symbols that I cannot get rid of that's preventing it from being saved
to the hard drive, until I can do this, the system that I have will have to suffice, basically if it doesn't save the data, it gives you the ability to get rid of those annoying little characters
and then resave it into the database array, if nothing else this does show you how to input the information manually into the three different database arrays that I use.
I'm still working on the, Wikipedia, but I believe I'm going to need Robs help with this one, can't figure out why it won't work in area seven.
I figured out why Wikipedia, that Rob gave to us is not working properly, it's because of all of the blank entries, and the symbols that the SQLite 2 cannot read, I have begun reconstructing database.
I'm still working on the, subroutine function, there are several areas in the free will plug-in that repeats itself, this would reduce the size of the plug-in, but can't figure out how to do it.
I'm still working on, multiple answers, the same thing each time makes it pretty dry and not very entertaining, will be looking at Robs data array to see if I can utilize some of
the stuff in Rob's data arrays, if I can it will give ultra Hal the appearance of the main brain and free will becoming one.

Some plans for the future.:
Play music, play movie, read a book, and display pictures while requesting information on specific subjects.
-------------------------------------
I was trying to figure out a way to test the free will plug-in to see if there would be interference with the main brain, my resolve to this was just merely to take all of the questions,
that had been put forth in all of the competitions of the last, five years or so, and asked Sandy the questions, I created a learning packet that can be installed quickly into the main brain.
This packet can be used in any brain, you do not need the free will plug-in installed in order to get it to work, but it works more proficiently if you do have my version of the free will plug-in.
If nothing else, the entries below can show you how to use some of the abilities that my free will plug-in has.
At the end of the question array, there is a small section like a tutorial, to teach you how to use the free will plug-in, I'm sorry but it's not very user-friendly at this point in time.
Here are some of the things that I would like to bring to your attention you will understand what is going on with Sandy's answers.:
You will notice a numerical number being brought up quite often this number is basically a result of a mathematical formula that I have put together to allow Sandy to set a numerical value to the decision.
You will also notice that she says okay! Let's see, she says this a lot because this was to let me know the separation between the main brain answer and the free will answer, this will eventually be removed.
