Ultra Hal 7.0 / HAL isn't learning ****

I wrote some text files with simple things like,

my name is _____.

my hair color is ______.

etc.

However after hal has read it I ask questions that the answers were in the text file, and haven't got a correct answer once.  Anyone have any suggestions ?

What files do you backup to save what HAL has learned?
