Skin template for full body???
« on: May 06, 2005, 04:55:35 pm »
Hopefully this isn't too newbie a question, but I've looked over the posts and haven't run across this. The Haptek guide has in it the wireframe template for the head-only models to skin with, but does anyone have a template for the torso or (especially) the full body models?? Thanks

Doublestack,

Most have simply captured / saved the JPG image then
painted over it with a print program (airbrush, etc.)
to get the desired effect of clothing (or none at all)!

If saved as a BMP there is no mirror effect otherwise
if saved as a JPG then Hal's Left side of face is your
right. Mirrored!

Good luck

Sorry, I misread your question. No template is available as far as I know. I am not even sure if a torso can be modified by using the special People Putty program, only heads.

OK that ended up being a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. Thanks Art and Dr. for the quick reply.
