Ultra Hal Character Expansion Pack (ZBCEP60)

I recently purchased this product yesterday and something went rong.  I never received the download for (Ultra Hal Character Expansion Pack (ZBCEP60)

Will you please eassist me?

You can go here http://www.zabaware.com/home.html (http://www.zabaware.com/home.html), and in the top left of the screen you will  see the register or login buttons.  Log into your account there and then you will see an area where you can download all of your zabaware products.  You can download it as many times as you want but you have to make sure that you deactivate ultra hall if you plan on moving it to a new computer or something.
