Title: Haptek Faces Don't Load

I obtained Hal online, not by CD. None of the Haptek faces load, I get the skins trying to load into a "Hal computer face" shape. Hal's face and the Zaba frog are the only ones that work. Is the online version missing something that the CD version has to enable Haptek files to load?

Unless you also purchased the Character Expansion Pack you will be limited to the Hal or Frog character.
