Ultra Hal 7.0 / Do NOt Buy FRom This Company

My advice to anyone looking to purchase this program is DONT.

This company are a sham and a ripoff. After multiple emails to them about not being able to download the software they have still not replied after about 15 emails.

This is exactly the sort of company thats put people off purchasing through the internet. i however still and will continue to purchase throught the internet. I'm just glad that this wasn't my frist purchase.

Anyway, Zabaware. You will have to beware as I have reported you to my credit card company, and the company that checks thae validity of Internet companies like yourself. I have had to do this once before, and beleive me when I say they will investigate Zabaware.

I am happy to report that I will be gettiing a refund from my credit card company. So you lot lose.

Why dont you just dissappear and let proper companies get on with the job of selling over the internet.

Isn't it amazing that you take my money really quickly, but when theres a problem you are no where to be seen.

Ultra Hal 7.0 / What a bunch of amateurs

I purchased the hal program and when i went to download it i was met with this page is unavailable.

I have sent the company numerous e mails and they have not had the decency to reply once.

I have now been forced to contact my credit card company and get a full refund. This means I have to write a letter etc etc. It's not the money. it's the complete lack of any support whatsover.

This was the first time I have ever bought software without a demo version and this is what happenss.

my message to Zabaware is that you people run your company like amateurs and i doubt very much you will do well in the future. i want a refund now
