Ultra Hal 7.0 / inventory catalog / appointment book

I want to make a unique inventory catalog similar to the UltraHall appointment calendar.

instead of storing names, dates, and times; i wand a dedicated matrix that stors just what i have in my fridge.

i want to ask hal: "whats there to eat?" and then it will spout out what is in my fridge. And as i eat my food i can say: "we are out of milk" and it will delete milk from the food database.

how do i set up a dedicated data matrix for something other than appointments?

Dear Brain Developers,

I want to delete All Questions and responces from database.

Is there a quicked and easier way to do that other than deleting each question and statement line by line?
