Art . I sent Robert an e mail I am anxious as to what might be causing the problem of new characters not showing up , as some of my others I made in the past are working okay and showing in hals panel character list .
 I also sent him a jpg picture of the htr file and the jpg file that are both named correctly .
 so i'll see what he says .
