One question on Hal Brain

vrFreeWill 1.3c for Hal 6.0 Plugin
Ive read what this plugin is alredy installed on mine 6.2 hal but must be activate... How i can do it?
And for improve the hal brain what i can do any advise?

To activate the Free Will plugin, go to Hal's General Options, select the Brain tab, select the brain you are using, and check the "Free Will Choice and Profile" box.

What exactly do you mean by "improve the hal brain"?  Do you mean what can you do to make him more knowledgeable?
